Your staff shouldn't lie to cover up...
Just received a notification to say that EVRI couldn't deliver as 'there was no one available to receive the item'.
Problem is, I was in, the doorbell camera proves that EVRI have not attempted to deliver and I am now expected to wait in for another day.
You have one job to do! I get that things don't always go to plan but your staff shouldn't lie to cover up the fact that you haven't done that job.

I have used EVRI to send parcels to my family in the USA several times via my local parcelshop.
I am aware how to package items for international shipping and do so with care and with solid boxes.
Recently a parcel I sent arrived at the destination. The box looking like it had been kicked around each leg of the journey, massive hole in the side, box soggy. I still dont understand how at some point during the journey nobody thought to tape the MASSIVE hole.
Contacted both EVRI UK and EVRI international. Both provided no help or resolution, both blaming each other. I was actually told by a customer advisor that I need to package items better. I contacted head office, no response, I advised that I would like to escalate my complaint. No response. All in all terrible experience. In future I will explore other options for shipping.

Disappointing - Left on doorstep of main road
Despite putting a safe place it was still placed on the front door step, baring in mind I live on busy main road with no front porch/directly on the pavement. Really disappointing.

I just wish they would ring the bell to let me know they ha e delivered instead of just leaving outside the door. I,m disabled, so would like to know when parcel is delivered.

Parcel was left on doorstep full view. At time it was delivered no on was home and actually away... fortunately it wasn't taken from the step, but could couriers have a little more consideration when leaving parcels.
