Next day and lads nice and box in tact

I saw the store from the main road and immediately did a U turn, because I am currently setting up a home gym.

Thanks to Justin Logan I now have days until my dream at home comes true.

Fitness superstore Sheffield is a big space with plenty of kit to look at. But it was the titan MFT elite that did it for me.

Justin ran me through the layout of the equipment, how it all works and what was available.

I wasn’t sure it would fit at first but Justin was really helpful, when I arrived home I called the store and he quickly grabbed his tape measure and was helping me out best he could.

Glad I did that U turn and I am super excited to my home gym. 💯

Generally, a very good experience, from the in-store advice and guidance through to customising my order to suit my needs.
The installation team were professional, arrived on time, and completed the work very quickly. My only slight negative was that they didn’t assemble my adjustable dumbbell stand. Although this wasn’t included in the installation package, it would have been a nice touch, particularly given the overall cost of the installation. The stand would probably only have taken a few extra minutes to assemble.

It’s a small point, and perhaps I’m being picky, but doing this would have taken the service that extra mile and made the overall experience even better.

Been looking for kettlebells so decided to pop into Fitness Superstore in Sheffield. Was served by Justin, he was very helpful and guided me to ensure I chose the correct type of kettlebell based on my needs. All I can say it was a positive experience and would return for more in the near future.

Talked about my needs, and settled on thd bike that i purchased. Good knowledge and friendly staff

This was the second order I have placed with Fitness Superstore Gloucester. I visited them earlier in the year to get some advice about setting up a home gym. They were absolutely brilliant, listening to what I wanted to do, and then advising me on everything from weights, to running machines and even flooring. It was all very relaxed, no pressure, no feeling I was being upsold, in fact I was advised on what I needed and also told when maybe something was more than I needed. As there was no pressure on the day, I was given some prices and options, and went home to think about it. A few days later I put the order in, and the whole transaction was really easy, from order, to payment, to delivery. It was also no trouble when I wanted to swap one piece of equipment late in the process - they just dealt with it for me with no hassle. Because of this great service, and because we have been really happy with the build quality of all the kit we ordered, we recently put in a second order, just for an exercise bike this time. I phoned up for some help distinguishing between a couple of models, and got the guidance I needed to make the choice. As with the previous time, order, payment and delivery was sorted out extremely efficiently, and I think I had the bike within 24hrs of initially phoning up. Really great service, helpful and approachable staff, we will be back if we need any more fitness equipment.

Great customer service at Fitness Superstore - Julian gave great advice and offered a smooth sale. Would only say that the courier was not the best with a delivery slot that was just too wide. But for that, would have been 5 star.

Excellent customer service. Great advice. The guys working in the Norwich store were very professional and knowledgeable. Jordan helped me choose the right piece of equipment for me, and it was really a far cry from the most expensive! The price was very competitive. My cross trainer was delivered the following day.
