I have only good things to say about fitness superstore. I visited the showroom in Sheffield and was greeted by Justin who was friendly and a really fantastic help in identifying the best equipment for me and was very knowledgeable.

Fast delivery, item as expected.

Found him to be very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing various items for my home gym.

Great shop and extremely helpful and patient staff.
Andy Redfern was knowledgeable and managed to meet our needs and a very professional way.
Availability to try several treadmills and understand the different settings in store.

James at Fitness Superstore Manchester was absolutely outstanding. The VP of Supply Chain and I were in a serious pinch on a gym project because our suppliers were unable to provide the products we needed to complete the project on time. Being from the US and having a limited amount of time before I had to return home, we really needed someone who could move quickly and deliver on their word. James stepped up immediately. He ordered everything we needed and, more importantly, assured us that it would arrive before we had to leave. James went above and beyond to help us when we were in a difficult situation. His communication, urgency, and willingness to make things happen made a huge difference in helping us keep the project on track. The customer service was fantastic, staff were very knowledgeable, Julian and Chris helped me find the perfect equipment for the space I have available. They answered all my questions and provided additional measurements on the equipment so I could make sure it would fit.

Easy to order and pay. Product description accurate and great prices too. Company and courier provided good communication and items were delivered in window advised. Very pleased with purchase.

The problem isn’t the company, but the courier it works with. They were supposed to deliver my parcel last Tuesday, it got delayed and eventually came Thursday when I was working and taken again. Now it was rescheduled for today, 24, didn’t leave the house the whole day just to find that it will now “come” on the 25.

Great advice from James as I worked to build out my home gym. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Equipment was kept and stored until the work was done on the gym ready for delivery.

My husband and I visited the store looking for some gym equipment and had a brilliant experience. We were helped by James, who was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to talk us through the different options and help us work out what would suit us best.

There was no pressure at all, just really friendly and helpful advice, and James was more than happy to answer all of our questions. It made such a difference being able to see the equipment in person and have everything properly explained to us.

Fitness Superstore have a comprehensive range of products both online and instore. When so much business is ONLY done on line it was refreshing that when I had issues of my own making (I ordered the wrong stuff 🤦‍♂️) I was able to speak with them and resolve the matter in a way that worked well for me - the customer. Good to see some businesses still putting the customer first.

Very efficient and helpful visit to the store. Ricky went straight to the options I needed to consider and gave straight advice in response to my questions. No pressure or cheesy sales talk.
