I'm giving 5 stars here due to Tom's efforts in very trying circumstances. I ordered Wednesday last week via Gumtree, everything was fast and efficient via the link through to g13group for the payment. I payed by Paypal and at well over £300 it was still a pricey transaction. I had been told it was in stock and I'd likely get it Friday. Friday came and went as did Monday. I tried to find out what was going on and felt I was getting a bit of a runaround. I read a bad review about a refund and started to panic it was all bogus. I rang several times and got nowhere. Then sent a strongly worded txt that if I didnt get a tracking number soon as promised previously then I'd be pulling the payment. I got a txt reply after also receiving an email 45 mins prior saying the van was overloaded etc. Still doubtful, Tom insisted he was genuine, now 6 staff down on his own, that it would go the following day. Good to his word I got a photo text, and dpd tracking details. It arrived today and I'm entirely happy with the purchase.
Exceptional times, so I'm giving the best of reviews despite my niggles. Thanks Tom, keep fighting the good fight!

I recently purchased a humanscale chair from G13 group. Tom was brilliant to deal with. I contacted him online and he got straight back to me. Tom delivered the chair last Saturday but unfortunately it was the wrong one ( my fault as I selected the wrong model). Tom then started to talk me through his stock and what chair would suit me best. He then took the wrong chair back and delivered a Humanscale chair which looks great and is very comfortable and solid. Unfortunately the chair has a small section at the bottom coming away. I contacted Tom who picked the chair back up and repaired it to a very high standard, the chair is like new other than that. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and G13 group. Great price, great product and best of all a great service.

I'm editting my review from 1 star to give a more neutral feedback.
I personally did not have a good experience with G13 group, Tom cancelled my chair on delivery date because Square was apparently going to hold his funds for 3 months as he went over the limit. It took 1 month to get my money back and I had to start a bank dispute because the process was taking too long.

I bought an Herman Miller chair from G13group, great communication, chair very good. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered the Herman Miller Aeron chair and it arrived today in great condition.

It can be worrying to order from a new website but the communication from G13 was so good that it settled any concerns that I had.

I was able to get in contact in touch with someone over the phone and they were able to quickly answer any queries.

I am exceptionally impressed by their response/delivery during a period of high demand (covid-19).

This is a genuine company and I will be referring them to my friends/family!

Talked to tom, solid guy, good selection of chairs and prompt communication. Bought a refurbed steelcase leap v2 seems great so far and very comfortable.

Looking to get some Herman Miller chairs for the home office seeing as we now all have to work from home. Looked at eBay/Gumtree but most were not offering delivery and looked dodgy.

Found G13 Group after lots of searching and talked to Tom who did everything he could to help. The chairs arrived by next day DPD delivery included in the price and the chairs were fantastic. A few scuffs etc, but nothing serious and really comfortable. I am delighted getting a chair that would cost well over £1000 new for less than £300.

Great priced Herman Miller chair, good service and communication

Been looking for a decent priced Herman Millar for ages and finally find one! Tom was great even though I had loads of questions. Really quick service and nicely packaged. The chair is great too! Really helped my back problems!

Great service and excellent product. Tom was quick, polite and efficient at answering all my questions. He promised I'd get a Herman Miller Aeron chair that looked as good as new, and he 100% delivered on that promise.

Found their site, looked up trust pilot and all seemed clean and green based on the reviews.

Placed my order on 14/08 and still no chair. The contact numbers simply beep and are not answered, emails are answered by Thomas, sporadically, with no useful information.

Chair is obviously not in stock, as it has now been 10 days since the order and still not shipped.

No concrete answer of when the chair will eventually be shipped, so I have sought a refund.

Part of my decision for buying from G13 was the 1 year guarantee, but if it is this hard to actually get the chair in the first place I have no faith whatsoever in their ability to fix any issues that might arise.

They should not sell chairs that they clearly do not have in stock, not impressed and would not recommend.

Thomas, I appreciate that you did respond to some of my emails. But they were usually of the nebulous "we will ship soon" variety, with no concrete ship dates or commitments of any kind.

I ended up agreeing to wait until Tuesday 27th to allow you additional time to perform the simple task of putting one of the 250 chairs that you claim to have in a box and post it out, as you failed to do so I requested a refund via email and have now submitted a claim via PayPal.

Today I ordered a chair from another company, they have already shipped it and it is arriving tomorrow. They achieved in 6 hours what you failed to achieve in 13 days.

Great chair for a very good price, came the day after I talked to them and was very friendly, would definitely recommend to anyone and would purchase from them again.

I bought some reconditioned Herman Miller chairs from G13 and they were in new condition. Absolutely brilliant value for money. I can't recommend these people highly enough.

Tom is a great guy, really friendly and helpful and went out of his way to help me. The chair is exactly as described and can't be faulted, the price was the best around too. I can't say enough good things and will be happy to recommend him to others.

Fantastic service and superb quality product. Tom goes above and beyond what is expected; he brought the chairs to our office and is thoroughly knowledgable about the product. He demonstrated them to make sure we understood all the features. The chairs are totally refurbished and look like new. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Drove to my house with two different chairs to help me decide on my final choice. Can't fault that service, but stock shifted from time of query to final purchase meaning I he drove round with a fabric version of the Humanscale Freedom rather than the leather option he quoted me. But that's probably partly my fault for being a little indecisive and putting off the delivery commitment by a day or two. Same goes for the original Wednesday appointment being shifted to Friday due to Tom's seemingly hectic schedule.

Chair itself in a fantastic condition as is about 1/4 the price of a brand new one, but knowing the stock change ahead of time would have been nice.

Great quality at a bargain price. Amazing service, turned up as arranged and kept in touch to confirm. Couldn't have asked for more and I got a great deal. I couldn't reccomend Tom highly enough.
