Found G13 Group (Tom) through Gumtree whilst searching for reasonably priced Herman Miller office chairs. Tom was super helpful making sure we sourced four of the same chairs within our budget and made delivery to our business based in Leeds next day. The chairs are all in great condition and Tom was sure to point out any marks as to be expected from pre-owned items. Highly recommended and will be sure to use G13group again.

I found Toms ad through gumtree, he was professional and really helpful, the chair delivered to me was immaculate and in such great condition. He gave me a Demo during the handover, definitely recommend, real great service.

Superb, friendly service. I sent an enquiry on an evening and a choice of chairs were at my house by noon the following day. Demonstration of how the chairs worked was given and I’m really pleased with my refurbished Humanscale office chair, it is in excellent condition.

Took me a lot of time to find anyone selling used Herman Miller chairs who was willing to deliver to my address, so I'm glad that I found G13 Group.

Communication was clear and easy, Tom worked with me on the delivery date and let me know approximately what time he would be arriving. Pictures of the chair were provided via email when I asked about it, too. Upon arrival, he took the time to show me how the chair works and let me inspect it thoroughly to make sure that I was happy with the quality before accepting payment.

As for the chair itself, it is in great condition. It has the odd mark and scratch, but nothing severe and mostly it looks quite new. All of the features work as expected. I bought the Mirra and it is the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in, so overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I feel that I could not have found a better service and chair for the price, and I don't doubt that this chair will last me for years to come.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with, worked delivery around me, kept me up to date with estimated time of delivery and was incredibly friendly when delivering the chair.
