My experience with golfavenue has been excellent. From buying new clubs (good value and fast shipping) to the whole trade in program (value of clubs, communication and prompt payment for trade ins), I give 2 thumbs up. I would recommend highly!!!

What a horrible golf company. I traded in a set of irons for $500, when they "inspected them" one iron had what they called a rattle in it, and were going to give me $1, yes one dollar, for each iron. I have since received the irons back, there's zero rattle in any of them. What a horribly shady business practice, if I didn't follow up they would have credited me my $7 and went on to sell them for $600+.

This doesn't include the fact that they shipped these same irons back to me taped together with zero bubble wrap or protective padding with the box ripped wipe open and a shaft iron bent. Yes, I have pictures.

I recently traded-in a set of irons with Golf Avenue. In the past I've used 2ndswing with no issues but Golf Avenue was offering 10% more so I figured I'd give them a try. Wow, that was a mistake! After receiving the clubs they changed their offer from $70 to $6 with no explanation. I contacted to inquire what the problem was and never received anything but a form letter response. There was absolutely no issues with the clubs, I ended up paying the $10 to have them returned. I'll trade them in with 2ndswing this time, I've never gotten anything but a fair deal from them.

Great experience and best prices offered for used clubs compared to the larger 2nd hand players. I shipped my clubs from the US to Canada with no issue. They sent me the kit to ship my clubs. If you are shipping from the US, best to drop it off at a FedEx location to help with getting the commercial invoice. I wish their onsite selection was a little better so I could have utilized their credit bonus, but still great overall.

Received a pretty good offer from Golf Ave when i went to sell my old clubs. Didn't realize they were in Canada. You wouldn't believe the amount of paperwork needed to ship out of the country. When i read the fine print, it was disclosed that i would be liable for duties and taxes. When i phoned them they said "you probably won't be charged" but wouldn't guarantee it. When i asked how much the charges would be just in case, they responded that they didn't know.

There were 4 shipping labels sent. 3 for UPS and one for FEDEX???? Customer service personnel are beyond snotty. Glad i caught this before i closed the deal, probably would've gotten worse.

Terrible experience, stay away from this site. Never received my club and they kept my money! Going to be shopping on another site. Never coming back

Nothing but Scammers. Selling seconds as original clubs. club manufacturer stated there is only one model produced which is verified
on youtube. Be very careful what you buy on this site . Check the club(s) out on youtube first, to make sure it looks like the one their selling.

I have recently twice ordered clubs from golf avenue. I could not be more pleased. The clubs delivered to me in Fl. Exceeded my expections in every way. John A.

I have been playing golf for 45 years and I have purchased equipment from various pro shops, web sites, retailers and eBay among others. However, my recent transaction with golfavenue.com was by far the WORST transaction I have ever experienced. Bad web site, limited availability when an issue arose, late delivery, wrong club, no accountability for their mistakes. End result was me receiving the wrong club five days late, which was soaked through wet due to drop-off. I responded to their advertised "30-day try it at home" policy and for all my efforts I received a refund of on 70% of my original purchase price. Club was never used and not damaged. I had to remove the packaging because it was soaking wet. For that I receive a 30% haircut! Don't buy from these people as they are not ethical or looking to build relationships and they do back up their claims.

Can't complain, had a great shopping experience, accurate descriptions of the products and I really like that each clubs is pictured individually, helps you know exactly what you are getting. Bought a club on a Sunday and it was in my bag Wednesday. Great site!

Great shopping experience, had a question about a product, called the customer service and they were very helpful in helping me make a decision. Will be back for more purchase and will recommend this site to my friends

horrible customer service, bought a club over a month ago, still have not received it, lost by carrier, complained by phone several times, shipped another one and it still has not arrived, don't seem to be able to get any satisfaction with numerous phone calls, they have my money and don't seem to care, asked for a manager to call me, still no response, what gives, would not recommend these people to anyone.
