Looking for new walking footwear
Looking for new walking footwear to replace my comfy,reliable but now very old boots (previously bought here). Often struggle with pain around my ankles. From time entered store staff helpful, from how to choose my footwear, to choosing the best pair for my budget and needs, to service at the checkout by Cheryl. Very friendly and helpful. From the moment we entered the shop......
From the moment we walked in the shop and asked the whereabouts of what we were looking for, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention of Cheryl who served us at checkout....she was so helpful with sound advice and friendly conversation. She also told us the benefits of the loyalty card, which gave us great discount.

Simply the best customer service
I visited the store at the weekend and bought a pair of Montane trousers. I was served by Cheryl who was very knowledgeable about the product. What impressed me even more was the politeness, friendliness and professionalism of Cheryl. It is rare now a days to be served by a person who is genuinely interested in the company and more so the customer. Cheryl is a real credit to the shop Go Outdoors.
