Friendly helpful staff
The two female (Cheryl at till and one on the shop floor) staff members that served me were excellent. Friendly. Helpful. Gave me plenty time to make my mind up about my purchase.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, Cheryl was very helpful cutting me some waste pipe and took the time to ask if i had any qualifying cards to get a reduction in price. Found the backpack I'd hoped to buy from a great selection. Some bargains to be had clothing wise but sometimes limited sizes available.Great store. Wish I'd had a bit more time.

Usual quality products from Go Outdoors with competitive prices.

The store is well set out

We were greeted by Cheryl on the way…
We were greeted by Cheryl on the way into store and she offered our very nervous dog a biscuit. She was so friendly. We looked around the store and got what we needed.We made our way back to the tills to be greeted again by Cheryl. She made a fuss in a nice way of our Labrador again and was so gentle and kind as we explained she is a rescue dog but Cheryl already knew that from her vast Experience with rescue Labradors. Cheryl made sure we had everything we required and told us to have a nice day! What a lovely refreshing change to have such a lovely person to chat to and sharing her knowledge.Cheryl really is an asset to your store.
