My husband John and myself have recently completed on a sale of a bungalow in Eaglescliffe. Gowland White were the agents for the sale. From begining to end we were met with professionalism and friendliness. Clare, Abby and the team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they trierd to help with our many queries. What could have been a stressful experience was accomplished without trauma. Suitable buyers were speedily identified and communications were excellent!

The team were very helpful in organising viewings and coming back with the feedback. I am pleased with the sale process with Gowland and White. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.

Recently sold my property through this company and have previously bought a property with them. I would recommend them to anyone buying/selling. Very professional and timely in everything they do. Their staff keep you up to date and discuss all details clearly. They are very helpful and will help to push solicitors on if things seem to be dragging. Costs are reasonable also in comparison to others. Would highly recommend.

They have an outstanding customer service, they answer any questions you may have. We had a complete nightmare with our solicitors. When I couldn’t get any answers from them, Gowland White manage to go over and beyond to finds us answer. Gowland white estate agents have been pleasant to work with all the way through, they are fast and efficient and the girls in the office have been amazing, from Abbie to Tanya and of course the lovely jodene who was always there to fight our corner after having so many obstacles to overcome!
