Good quality advice from Urmila and good price too

Service is good when you can get hold of someone. I’ve sent a few emails asking questions regarding my recent booking and as yet still awaiting a reply

A disaster....right hand left hand syndrome comes to mind. I had a query regarding the stated baggage allowance from K.L. to Chiang Mai on my Vista confirmation. I spoke to Jess who informed me that she would have to check. I was on hold for 10 minutes, at which point I put the phone down. I rang again, this time speaking to Cory. She also could not answer my query, however she said that she would ring me back, which she did. She confirmed what was on the confirmation i.e. 30kg on a short haul flight. I am not convinced that this is the case.....the flight from Heathrow to K.L. is only 23kg! Also on the Hayes confirmation it states Heathrow to K.L. flight "Meals included" N, the inference being that no meals are included on the flight. I have been assured that this is not the case, so I ask the question why is the information SO misleading. I also asked Cory if Vista and Hayes were the same company, she said they are. Jess tells me this is not the case! I have spent all morning trying to unravel what I consider to be very confusing and contradictory information. I usually book with Trailfinders, and have always found them to be very professional. For this holiday I decided to give Hayes a try, but I am already beginning to question my decision. I would respectfully suggest that more training of staff is in order....not least leaving clients on hold for 10 minutes which is completely unacceptable. I look forward to receiving your response. Excellent customer service I phoned explained what I wanted (wasn't straight forward). Nadine was absolutely amazing rang me back next day with exactly what I wanted and asked for,Nadine was as genuinely happy for me and she had pulled it off.

Sally was helpful efficient and it was a stress free rather speedy service. After hours trawling through the various last minute booking sites trying to figure out the best flight combinations get something around a budget i preferred i thought id give hayes travel a try and took around 10 mins to decide on the break get it booked and feel stress free.

Honestly couldn’t rate Sam E enough! Booked a second holiday through Sam and she’s just been amazing both time! With sending me prices adding and changing things honestly the BEST!

We were having trouble booking a family holiday for 10 off us for next year. A friend had recommended us to try hays travel . So we rang them and they helped us find a holiday that would suit our family,needs within 24hr off us telling them what we wanted for a holiday. The experience off them were very quick,friendly, efficient that took away the pressure off us looking. I will definitely use this firm again and recommend my friends to use them also .
