Each time I’ve been to Ashbourne to book a holiday the lady’s have been so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s lovely to have a personal touch and speak to a person.
I know my holiday is going to be exactly what it should be.
They do everything for you and I don’t have to second guess myself doing it in the internet.

Elise, the Hays member of staff that we worked with, was excellent. Because of changing plans we ended up making three visits to the ‘shop’ and throughout the entire time she was smiling and helpful. She was patient with our questions and dithering and unfailingly helpful and professional.
