Millie was tenacious in her desire to book us this particular break She spoke to the coach company in order to get us a Worksop pick up for which we were very grateful....The coach company were not so switched on with their lack of attention and desire to supply the travel documents making it necessary for us to chase them up.Millie did this for us although they made it hard for her with their lax approach to answering the phone but due to Millie's diligence we finally received them..A big thank you to Millie for her super service...we have come to expect this from Hays Travel...Great staff !!
