Our 3rd occasion using Hays at Dalton Park in less than a year and haven't been disappointed. The first being our first using special assistance following life changing surgery for my husband who is now a double below knee amputee. Staff have gone above and beyond to support us through all our challenges and anxieties, especially Courtney initially then Kay and Kim. Its more complicated trying to book accessible hotels but on all 3 occasions the help and support has been amazing.

Staff couldnt do enough to help and ralked nebthrouhh any process i had to do my end whilst they waited patiently on the phone confirming once it was all completed.
Couldnt be happier with the service abd woikd highly recommend

David looked into all the variations of our holiday which took time, and knowledge of our requirements. Made it very easy for us to choose.

To be honest ,its the whole travel shop from the manager ( David ) to the sales team, Ellen was just amazing for such a young person ,
And to be honest we only went to look and ask prices ,compared to what we seen on the jet2 app/ website ,
But after saying to Ellen what we wanted,where we wanted to be, the extras we wanted to add ( front row seats on the plane ( A-B ) ( E-F ) ,
Also private transfers to and from the hotel ,
We saved nearly £600.00 . which we were absolutely happy with,
Especially when hays ( david & Ellen ),
As thay priced matched our lowest price and Evan beat it ,
But I must point out ,this is not the only time we have booked with this hays agent/shop at ( dolton park murton)
We went to look 12 months ago ,and we booked a holiday to Mexico in 2025,when we returned we booked for this year back to Mexico in September 2026 ,then we got another deal after that for Bulgaria in July 2026 ,so we booked that one ,
And for 2027 we have now book 2 weeks all inclusive plus in Turkey with Ellen ,
So it just go's to show ,if you do your research properly and go in to the shop / offices, and speak to polite staff and explain what you would like and your requirements,
There's a deal to be done ,
So over in 12 months, we have booked four all inclusive, private transfers and seating on the plane ,all down to quick research, and speaking to staff whom respect you and know what your requirements are ,
