We have used Sharon at the Ely branch for nearly 30 years and she never fails us. This time around we went to Sharon with a pre-conceived idea of our holiday and she guided us to a different resort which we are sure will be just perfect.

We decided on the spur of the moment to book a short trip, so we went and were politely greeted and asked how we could be helped. The man Simon looked for a trip for us as we weren’t even sure where to go. He even took the time to book our seats on the plane and check us in as it was within 28 days of travel. I can’t recommend this service more highly. It was so easy.

Our holiday planning (to Dubai and Sri Lanka) was made easy with the expert help of Sharon at Hays Travel, Ely. We were able to express what we hoped for from our 2-week family trip and Sharon brilliantly devised a plan, liaising with other holiday operators for us, to come up with an outline of both travel, hotels, and trips that were both exciting and fitting to our needs for a special holiday.

Called in at Hays Travel for help booking a holiday for next Spring and found a very helpful member of staff who was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and soon had it all basically booked for us as requested. Excellent service and a pleasure to experience. Now looking forward to our holiday and would certainly recommend them.

We were not listened to we were miss informed ..we now have to make another trip into branch to sort it out..
