Surprised at the cost for booking through Hays, it took the stress out of trying to book on line,and with a very helpful young lady doing it all for us.will definitely use Hays again for future hols.

The staff are always professional polite and friendly. We are elderly and can not go down the digital route, they will always help and do it for us.

Nicolas is very friendly and very informative. She went an extra mile to try to see our payments through but unfortunately, no fault of her own, the payment system let us down and we had to come in in person. When we did she was very helpful again. We know she will arrange everything for us
