The lady that helped us booked was very imformative did what she could to find something within my budget was just a shame she couldnt help us find out more information about euro camp where on google it says hays deal with but she had no information in shop

Karen helped us sort out a great holiday for September this year. Gave her the information as to what we wanted for our holiday and Karen patiently found the perfect hotel . Karen is very knowledgeable about the travel industry which fills you as a customer with confidence. Extremely polite , approachable person , nothing is a bother . Hexham branch has a great atmosphere all the staff are helpful . I have booked several holiday from this branch and with Karen over the years. Will con to use this branch for future holidays .

Scarlett was very professional in dealing with our holiday plan. She had good knowledge/ experience in sorting our complex itinerary and was patient, pleasant & polite throughout.
We came away relaxed, satisfied & raring to go.

Excellent advice and guidance through the booking process

We have booked at HAYS TRAVEL, HEXHAM several times and always received great service. This week we saw Joe who was so helpful and courteous, with a great sense kf humour. Saves us some money too, which js always great! He also gave us some great recommendations for future holidays.

Ordinarily I would book my own holiday on line, however I required some personal advice. I met Karen who shares her expertise advice with me. Karen was courteous, kind and polite, she was methodical when looking for a holiday with my specific needs and criteria. Karen found the ideal holiday for me and my wife and nothing was too much trouble for her. Karen was professional and a true credit to the Hexham shop. I will certainly be back to the high street and book another holiday with Hays Travel.
