We havent actually went on the holiday yet but the booking process was very easy and quick. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Hoping it is as good as it looks.

We have been booking holidays with Catherine and the staff in Hays at Larne Main street for years now and we would not go anywhere else. The customer care that we always experience is second to none. Catherine and the staff have got to know as a family and due to this diligence can accurately advise us. The staff demonstrate excellent attitude, skills and knowledge. A practical example from last week is that Jodie discovered that my passport was out of date, phoned me and advised me accordingly. Catherine even ordered my new passport online for me. This is over and above the call of duty. The staff are knowlegeable and charming and experts in the field of travel.

Catherine knows her customers and provides a welcoming, professional personal service as do the other staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Have recommended to several friends who have been delighted to experience such a stress free service.

Catherine is great to book with in Larne branch and has been booking my holidays for last 3/4 years in branch.
She goes the extra mile for us.

Very impressed with the service received. This is my first experience with this company and certainly won’t be my last.

I am unhappy with the customer service here. It took a number of phone calls and emails over a 10 day period to finally receive the contract that was advertised. During this time, I had to deal with different people, and the communication was poor. In the final stages, the emails were not even signed off by anyone, which showed a complete lack of accountability. While I eventually got what I was promised and advertised, the process was time wasting and frustrating.
I was told rooms will be allocated on arrival, rooms appear to have twin beds pushed together so there should be no problem. I explained this was not a satisfactory response, I had to insist on getting what was advertised and agreed in writing or refund my deposit.
I hope our trip will run smooth as this experience does not leave me feeling confident about Hays Travel.

Nice pleasant experience. Girls very helpful. Didnt rush even when people were waiting. Explained everything, nothing a bother. Have booked several trips at Hays. Will keep going back.
