My Wife and I called into Hayes Macclesfield, We were greeted by Claire, very friendly polite,Though the holiday we wanted had sold out ,Claire took the time and trouble to find us another alternative holiday.

The staff are just amazing
The staff are just amazing. Emily goes above and beyond to get us just the cruise we wanted. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are so friendly and so welcoming Emily and Claire are definitely an asset to Hays travel.

Poppy was brilliant
Poppy was brilliant spent so much time with us. Helping us find our perfect holiday. It was such a chilled and friendly experience. Also makes a fabulous change to booking on line as the knowledge of the staff is so good. We had time to go grab a drink and come back all We had to do was pay.
