I chose to amend my tour date but was charged twice for my flight!
I chose to amend my tour date. I was happy to pay the transfer fee but was NOT happy to be charged a second time for the flight. Surely the airline would be able to sell my seat on!

Hays travel is a place to book your holiday.
I decided to go to Spain for along weekend with my son .I rang the store and spoke to Steve on long row in Nottingham. Steve is very helpful and always goes above and beyond. He got my hotel and flights and the date I wanted to go .He aways as everything ready for us. Gets back to my calls. We booked in sept last year. He suggested good hotels and places for me.Helped me in the past. Very efficient and organised.
