Excellent service as always at Hays St Anne's. On this occasion we were attended to by John who we have known for many years and as usual, the booking was dealt with in his usual efficient manner.

Had a slight problem with booking, John and james(manager) worked behind the scenes to fix it and got back to me next day with a solution. Always a pleasure to book with james super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Will never use internet to book holidays with james / john at hays to do it instead. Great ambassadors for your company, you should be proud of them.

Found Linsey in the Currency Exchange really easy to deal with. Far better experience and calling in than trying the online service, which wouldn't let me make the transaction.
