AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Ships and manufactures from China
Ordered in November for xmas present. Thought this was being shipped from London and have now found out it is being manufactured and shipped from China meaning it probably won't get to me for xmas. Then received an email saying it states China on the very bottom of website after I complained. Took a look at suggested page and it is nothing but blank space and no mention of China. This company I fear is about to rip me off. I hope the item gets to me before xmas and the item turns out to be ok. I fear it wont be.

i bought a neclace the 2 ring one £45.00 for my daughter-inlaw for xmas in october with my grand childrens names on it, what a disgrace it was ,,,nothing like what i expected its NASTY and CHEAP and dosnt state that you need a magnifying glass to read names on it . it comes from china ,which the site says LONDON , ive sent emails back and forth wanting a full refund only to go on the 90 days policy returns as they sugessted yesterday .they take half of the value its worth and charge the customer the the returns cost even though id be paying it twice what a SCAM KEEP AWAY FROM THIS site.xxx

Ordered a gift fro my girlfriend, expected delivery 7 to 12 days. After 12 days I'm told its being shipped from China and will not arrive for another 7 to 12 days...dont use!

Terrible quality scratched pendant poor engraving an cheap feeling an looking product.

Only 1 star as I can't give zero. Terrible printing on Russian rings necklace that is NOT engraving (as their description says it is), which is so small as to be unreadable without a magnifying glass. Cheap item from China (they don't tell you that !), and as it is a personalised item, will charge you half the price to send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM INEFFABLESS. It is cheap, not good value.

I placed my order believing this company to be based in the UK but realised after reading the reviews on TrustPilot that the items are sent from China. I was concerned that my order might not arrive in time for Christmas. However, I was relieved when the postman delivered it this morning.
My relief soon turned to disappointment when I saw the necklace itself.
It was a £99 necklace reduced to almost £33. In all honesty, it doesn’t even look like it’s worth one pound, it's terrible quality.
It looks like 3 washers dipped in some sort of rose gold coating with scratches on it. As for the engraving, it’s so small that it’s barely visible.
It certainly doesn’t look anywhere near as good as the photo on their website.
I am so disappointed, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I am not giving this cheap looking piece of tat as a gift.

My first issue with this company s that despite their .co.uk web address they are located in China! Deceptive! I ordered, and received ths morning a chain with 5 interlocking rings engraved with each of my grandchildrens names. This item is not of the quality described on the website. It is at best average, the engraving is difficult to read and the item is far smaller than I expected.I shall give it to my daughter for Christmas as planned, but with an apology and a reminder to myself to never buy from this company again.

Discussed with this company, its a total scam.
Ordered a necklace 4 weeks ago and have still not received my item.
Contacted the company to be told to call courier "sorry your call has been disconnected please hang up and try again" obviously not a genuine number. I was then advised to contact royal mail...... But it was sent by courier was it not?
Apparently I can't have a refund until royal mail confirm it wasn't delivered which will never happen as It wasn't sent by royal mail...... Total scam and one Xmas present down. Very unhappy customer!!!!

Ordered a personalised necklace which had 4 faces they managed to engrave the wrong text on the faces despite me correctly completing the boxes, 4 emails later and not a single reply, also not replying to paypal disputes too. This company is NOT uk based which is not what i wanted (packet was clearly marked china) despite what the website says, wish i had checked here first as i wanted to use a british supplier.

Appalling quality and appalling customer service.

Paid £50 for 2 roman ring necklaces. They arrived from China (even though it claims to be a London based company) and the quality of the products are APPALLING. You can barely see the engraving, and the metal (it's definitely not silver, rose gold or gold) is scratched, tarnished, dull and looks like it's made out of plastic. Both of the chains were broken when they arrived. It's honestly the biggest waste of money - do not bother ordering from this company! They look so cheap and tacky.

I am currently in the middle of an extensive email conversation with their 'customer service' team. They tried to dispute the fact that they were broken even though I've sent them photo evidence several times. and then when I did send them further photos clearly showing the faulty products, the company went MIA and I haven't heard from them for nearly a week. How convenient! £50 is a lot of money, especially around Christmas time, and now I have to re-buy those two presents.

If I could give 0 stars I would quality is absolutely appauling they also charge 50% fee to send the item back! Comes from china even though the website clearly says London! Gave me a false number to call only got a refund after I kept publicly commenting on there pages. Joke of a company should not be able to sell there products. No way are these products silver or gold and for the price it's a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Having an unusual name means I can never find much personalised for myself. I love Ineffabless because I can have just that. I have two name necklaces that I love and wear nearly daily. I love the variety of choice they have available. I have never had a problem with receiving my items or the quality of item.
I also love that their is a huge selection of jewellery gifts perfect for all occasions.

Received item today direct from China, not from the London address on website, broken item (chain), tried to email to send back not only because of broken chain but the quality of silver is extremely poor although it cost £38.95 + pp extremely disappointed with item and the wrong items was sent, asked for duo hoops received 4 hoops with name barely to be seen. As this was a birthday gift cannot possible give as a gift its quality is not a good quality silver and cannot see assay stamp! Very disappointed, does any one no how return are sent and has anyone received a refun?

I was quite worried after I placed my order as I then read reviews stating how the customer service was very poor and the quality of the products was also poor and so too were delivery times etc. However I must say I am extremely happy with the service I received from ineffabless. The items I ordered were better than expected and good quality, (I ordered silver personalised jewellery so yet to see if it becomes tarnished) also well packaged and came within 5 days of ordering. I am very happy with my purchase and their level of service, however I assume this positive change may be due to the awful reviews previously received.

Item quality is absolutely poor! Comes from china!! Paid almost £40 for something that looks like it's out of the 20p machine have tried to contact to ask how I can return but no reply and they gave me a invalid phone number to call! Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT this company reported my review to get it removed and said I wasn't a customer! Luckily I still had the order email but I wonder how many people they have done this to! Do not order from these cowboys company should be shut down

Ordered a necklace from here over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, company say I've put an incorrect delivery address, however, someone from TNT came round to ask if the product had been delivered, so quite clearly I have put the correct address. And the company are lying to try and scam me for my money, can someone from ineffables please get back to me as soon as possible, or I will be taking the matter further.

Not a reputable business, they don't deal with your issues when they arise. I ordered a personalised necklace for my wife & it arrived wrong (wrong spelling). I double checked what I sent them & I was correct, they are wrong. It was not that expensive, however they have told me twice that they are correct and I am wrong. I'll just go somewhere else who will provide me with better service. No phone number to deal with queries/issues. I would never return and for potential customers, I would proceed with caution if purchasing from them. I am in business myself and sometimes it pays to make commercial decisions to avoid situations like this occurring particularly when your customer is correct. Utterly disgusted with the way I have been treated.

My son ordered a necklace for me off here the delivery company didn't try and deliver the item so the item was sent back.We have been waiting weeks for the necklace and the company are saying it was our fault so my son asked for a refund but we have heard nothing.It is not true that my son gave the wrong address because someone from tnt came round and said his machine was broken and he wasn't sure if the parcel had been delivered we told him to come back the next day to speak to my son because my partner wasn't sure if my son had received it.No one came back and it was sent back.No card was put through my door.

I ordered an item 6 weeks ago and still has not arrived. I have contacted them numerous times with no reply or even any acknowledgement!
Very disappointed!
Will all have to take this to trading standards as i have no product and no refund! I see many others have also had a lot of problems with them. Wish I had known this before I ordered.
