I ordered 3 bracelets from here & then looked at the reviews, a little trustworthy I know. I did panic after seeing the reviews & emailed the company to tell them it is a little misleading with London as the location that they are apparently based when infact it is China. I placed the order 25th March & received 2nd April. I was dreading opening the package but to be honest I think reading the reviews on here & expecting tat I was pleasantly surprised. They aren't fantastic but they are what you pay for which isnt top dollar. They were all personalised, and all names were spelt correctly. So to be honest I havent a bad word to say apart from the misleading information that they are based in London. Unsure if the bracelets are as quoted "sterling silver" but only time will tell but again, I think you get what you pay for. Emails were replied to within 20 minutes.

I was soooo worried after I ordered my Russian rings engraved necklace and then stumbled across these poor reviews. I thought I wasn't going to receive it and had just thrown £40 away. Customer service were prompt at responding (within 24 hours by email and on facebook) and sent me a tracking number when it had been shipped so no problems there. Then when I received the item (pretty quickly considering it came from China, it was manufactured and arrived within 2 weeks, just in time for mothers day and my birthday) I was anxious to open it up incase it was a poor product. Nope, the product itself is very nice and considering it's 925 silver (the product is marked as so) the price was very good. The engraving is done well although there were a couple of little marks on the silver, but they've come off with me rubbing them. Basically I think these bad reviews are mostly reflective of the fact this company fronts as though it's based in the UK but are actually based in China. Personally that did not bother me because the product is good, the price is good and the shipping was fast considering it doesn't come from the UK.

I read all the bad reviews after I had placed an order and was really worried about what might happen BUT i was pleasantly surprised and am happy to write a positive review for the company.
Customer services emailed me back within 24hours when I needed to change the delivery address, we corresponded about 3 times - I dont really care whether the person 'Tina' was in China the UK or outer space 'she' was efficient and accurate with their estimates on delivery and the whole process was very straightforward.
Overall I was very pleased with the Russian Ring Necklace ordered for my mums birthday which would have cost me about £90 more from not on the High Street.
I would have given 5 stars but I"d like the option at point of sale to have bigger rings as the text was very small HOWEVER the dimensions were all as advised on the website and identical to NOTHS, so cant really complain.

Based on the ratings I have to give them a 2 because I did receive a refund in the end and I think it would be unfair to rate them a 1. However, I would advise that you avoid shopping at this website as you will not receive a product made from the materials advertised.

I ordered a Russian ring necklace with engraving. Supposed to be 925 sterling silver with 18ct gold plating. They were like painted wheel washers and not worth the £49.50 I paid for it or the "RRP £108". It was damaged and when I asked for a refund I was told to use toothpaste and a silver cloth to remove the marks. Not exactly the response you want from a 'Jeweller'. Having told them I will report them to trading standards and having to back and forth with several stern emails I did eventually receive a refund.

It was a lot of hassle and this is definitely a scam company from China not London. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Terrible customer service - takes days to reply, and still doesn't answer your questions or request. Company is fronting as being in London but comes from China - false advertising. Item was in poor condition, letters contained jagged edges and engraved scrapes. Gift bag was also in bad condition - not suitable to give as a gift. Shocking altogether 0/10

Awful company, they have basically called me a liar! I ordered a bracelet from them beginning December and it has not arrived, was to be a Christmas present, have asked several times and even tracked it, all the tracking service said it had not left China! I have been told by them I must find out where it is, excuse me but I am the customer and surely the company should investigate, they took my money quick enough! I will be taking this matter further, disgusting behaviour

LONDON UK BUT SENT FROM CHINA ! SHOUD RECEIVE WITHIN 7 DAYS ARRIVED AFTERCA MONTH...WHEN CONTACTED CYSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID IS BECAUSE CHRISTMAS ...SHOULD ARRIVE MID NIVEMBER. EXTREMELY TINY RINGS NAMES TO READ YOU NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS!!! COMPLETELY RUBBISH AND NOT WORTH IT PRICE !

I ordered a silver bracelet for my wife for Christmas. I placed the order on the 10th December, praying that it would arrive in time. I emailed on the 19th to see if there was an update about dispatch, but didn't receive a reply immediately, but two days later I received a reply from China with a tracking number and having to wait 7-12 business days for delivery. My hopes were dashed! However, on the 24th it did arrive and I have a very happy wife!

I am annoyed that despite advertising 'London' and 'UK', they are based in China, so a mark off. Looking at the reviews on here I was very worried that it wouldn't ever arrive.

The item itself was good, and the silver was hallmarked as 925, and the three engravings were neatly done.

Another disappointed customer who also WISHED he had read these reviews before purchasing a necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife.
Even paying the £14.99 fast track delivery 2 weeks ago I still haven't received the necklace.
I have emailed them twice but have received no response.
I can't comment on the product because I haven't seen it yet !!!
My advice would be AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shoddy goods. I too would not give any stars. if you use PayPal they will only give refund if goods are shipped back to China and cost to post is higher than cost of product. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Not based in London in spite of representing it is. When product finally arrived it was cheap and unpleasant with marks looking like tarnish all over. Was a present for my mum for xmas and it is so awful I doubt I can give it to her. Please avoid!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! The customer service is totally appalling to put it mildly, I ordered goods from this company on the 22nd November wanting the goods to send to my sisters in Canada before Christmas, the lead times all looked OK so i ordered them. got an email on the 26th saying the goods were on there way 7-12 days for delivery, the goods finally turned up yesterday the 18th December some 17 days after dispatch, no apology nothing, its now to late to send without paying through the nose I have complained directly to them with no response except 2 very poorly worded responses, it turns out the goods are MADE IN CHINA, unfortunately no mention of this on the web page that is obvious anyway! My advise is stick to the high street or a company with some customer service. I could go on but theirs no point as they just totally ignore you!!

I ordered at the back end of November. Item received 19/12 with a 5-7 'DAY' delivery period, apparently from London. The company is actually in China even though your item will arrive with "Ineffabless London" packaging etc. There were no tracking updates posted from leaving the supplier in China and it arriving at my door.

The item itself arrives as it looks in the picture, albeit very small. Writing is readable but the sizing should really be mentioned on the website as I doubt my girlfriend will be able to wear the item - luckily I bought it as a keepsake and not an actual piece to wear!

Can't comment on the wear and tear aspects of other reviews as this item will likely stay in the box as a keepsake.

Basically, my only real issues are with this company claiming to be a UK based company when it is based in China, the lack of delivery updates meaning I was worrying about a gift not arriving for Christmas, and the actual product not exactly matching that of which is advertised.

I would recommend this company for nice little keepsakes, but only if you're willing to wait a while.

I would say it was value for money at £40ish but would avoid if shopping for more lavish or expensive goods.

My boyfriend let me pick out a necklace and what to have engraved on it as a gift for Christmas to pay tribute to the baby I’ve just miscarried. After he purchased it (payed £45 including packaging etc) I read the reviews on here and because both wary and guilty for picking the site for him to get me it off. Despite the company stating it’s from London, i recieved it from China. However, it arrived two weeks after ordering it. The box it came in was a nice sparkly black box, very pretty and came with a company gift bag. The necklace itself is what you would expect for a necklace of that price. It was average, yes the printing was small but givin the design (footprints) I had expected it to be small and I prefer it like that, it looks less cheap in the small cursive writing. The necklace looks fine to me and it is already my favourite gift for obvious sentimental reasons. The only thing I will say is when looking under a flash or in harsh lighting you can see scratches on it, other than that I’m happy with it and my boyfriend is happy I’m happy with it!

Absaloutly awful! Necklace took over 4 weeks to come, it came from China not London, the necklace is a horrid dirty metal colour. I spent quite a bit on the necklace to have both my son's names engraved and you can hardly see the writing it's so small. I'm waiting for a reply to get a refund. Plus the necklace doesnt even hang the right way to see there names! Its a joke! Avoid!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could, this firm is not in London it is in China, my bracelet lost all its silver coating and went a horrible bronze colour after a few weeks, when I read the reviews I realised it has happened to lots of people plus they could not get their money back I only got my money back because I threatened them with the police and trading standards.

Having read the negative reviews for this site I was a bit wary, but because of the communication I had with the site I thought I would give it a go! I was not disappointed. You are paying for the quality of what you receive. My item cost £29. Did I think I was going to receive a real silver necklace for that price, of course not..... I got what I paid for, a sterling silver necklace with exactly what I ordered, printed on it. It has some nice ideas for gifts on the site. If my item started in China (I am not sure it did), it only took 2 weeks from ordering to get to me, I didn't have to wait like some others have reviewed that they did.

I would order from them again and I would recommend them too.

Shockingly poor quality, My necklace is a disgrace , this site should be shut down. Its all Brass trash. I cannot get any customer service. They do not respond to emails , there is no contact phone number.

Does anyone know who can be informed of this terrible site? And how to sort out a refund for this terrible product?
This purchase has really ruined by Christmas online shopping and hope no one uses this site again.

Bought a necklace for my mum. Got an email 15 days ago saying it’s been dispatched. And will take 7-12 days. Still haven’t received the item.
Royal Mail have told me that it hasn’t even left “CHINA”.
Ineffabless have said it’s delay because of Christmas.
But that’s a load of rubbish.
I have now demanded a full refund and to cancel the order as it will not turn up for Christmas.
But they don’t reply. !!
They should be able to cancel the order as it hasn’t even left “CHINA”
I am so f****d of. How do I contact them if they don’t reply on Facebook or emails.
Does anyone have their number ?!
