Once you get the key all works fine. Hard to get support. For example the telephone number disappears after a few seconds, the chat line does not respond to simple questions promptly
This is important because should the customer not have email) a clean machine) nobody body explains that they can text you a working key code.

Update 180710: Trustpilot now shows some sort of Copyright breach. I can assure readers that I did receive an email from Instant Software Keys asking for a review with, "Our friends at Trustpilot." Since the email URL is not direct to Trustpilot, I suspect only five star reviews make it through. The lower score reviews were probably made direct on Trustpilot's site by regular reviewers.

THIS IS A SCAM. AVOID. MICROSOFT HAVE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THIS ‘RESELLER’ IS A FRAUD, AND THEY ARE TAKING ACTION. IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD A LICENCE YOU NEED TO USE ANOTHER PERSON’S IDENTITY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! THANKFULLY BARCLAYS FRAUD DEPARTMENT GAVE ME A REFUND

Endless spam

I started an order and unfortunately put in some of my contact details before deciding not to check out. Since then I have received numerous emails from this company despite not digging up for any emails. I have unsubscribed twice to no effect. Will never buy anything from them.

would not use again have just wasted £20 have now had to go and buy office 365 from Curry's hoping when I show software keys they we refund me my £20

Once installed, the license agreement showing a message :" You can only use office until xx/xx/xx (a date which is only few days after the installation), after that date, most features of Office will be disabled." I have contacted the customer service, and was advised that there seems to be an issue with Microsoft at the moment, and suggested to wait till the said date and see what happens, and if I'd loose my service they will provide me with a new licence key. Now the said date has passed, I have tried to open word and excel, no other strange messages popped up, and seems the office still works fine, so I guess the problem solved itself.
