Given wrong product and would not refund after waiting over 7 days for the correct product to be provided. Very poor customer service and slow replies on emails. Still waiting on a refund as product was not as advertised.

Unfortunately I could not download it onto my computer which had Windows XP on it. The fixes that were suggested did not work so I asked if they could send a hard copy on CD, but as yet I have had no reply.
