Expired 

Purchased an Office 365 Home annual subscription but this is not the Microsoft annual pre-payment subscription.
Once you've purchased they refuse to respond with any clarification.
DO NOT USE. I have started formal complaints to recover my outlay as business like this must not be allowed to get away with these scams!!

The Microsoft office is working fine now but I was really interested in the 5TB of One Drive space that was advertised as part of the package. I have messaged Instant Software Keys on numerous occasions now to try and find out how to access this but have not had any reply so I cannot award more than 1 star.

1. You will not get a product key - you will simply get a random email address and password to use so as to be able log on and download Office.
2. This means that you cannot sync your previous Office account if say it has expired - eg access to your Onedrive account/photos etc. There is no warning whatsoever of this on the website
3. Their claim of a 100% money back guarantee is a fallacy. All I receive was an abrupt mail from someone's iphone saying it's my fault and I'm therefore not entitled to a refund. When I asked about what their 100% money back guarantee applies to - no response.
4. Why is there never an option for zero stars on ratings. Cowboys - avoid.

i purchased the wrong item by mistake, but i did buy the higher priced option instead, no refund on lower priced, no answering of phone, cant leave a message as message box is full. Customer care in unprofessional, who ever is operating the live chat doesnt want to know and just cuts you off:
wont be dealing with these again and will report to microsoft as theyre supposed to be an affiliated member. For the sake of 19:99 theyre willing to get bad publicity. They are also in charge of the feedback you leave so no bad ones get posted.

It took a while to receive the confirmation email that I had successfully bought the product

Contacted through the internet, received email contain key code and found that code did not work. Contacted Instant Software Keys by email, and received a different key code again this code failed. Ended up using Microsoft internet shop, received code and this worked correctly.

Emailed Instant Software Keys, asking for a refund, as of yet they have not answered email for refund. To be honest I feel that it's a bit of a con, they don't say that they are using codes from what seems like spare capacity from small companies or education facilities. I think it is a bit hit and miss.

Lesson to be learn a cheap deal is not always a deal.

You never know, they might contact me and give me a refund!!!

The downloading went fine. Seems to work. No complaints.

Luckily my product worked but the obscene amount of emails since has brought me here to leave this review.

Not what advertised, they provide you with a user and password, you cannot link this to an existing account. this is NOT explained (as other sites do) on their description. When you ask about this the only answer is "contact microsoft we only provide "keys" " (never was giving a key)
Funny, they show their own reviews as 5 Stars, even I submitted a similar review days ago, I guess choosing which review they want to show might help them keep those 5 stars....

getting email bashed for going onto the site and looking

The keys you gave were rejected by Microsoft. The replacement key you sent by text was rejected by Microsoft.

I wanted to renew my existing Office 365 license. After purchasing this product I was sent details of a Microsoft account and associated password. I need the license to connect to my existing accounts, not some dodgy fake corporate account, which they appear to be reselling. I've attempted to contact these people via email, chat and voice mail, with no feedback other than a text message redirecting me to send an email, to which I've had no reply.

I keep being asked to review but I have done so twice. The review said, (and will continue to do so until the issue is resolved):
"Would not recommend this service/product as, although I have paid £24, I have not been able to download anything satisfactorily. If you fail on the first attempt there is no second chance. Also, the customer service seems off-hand and generally not very helpful. Will update if I matters improve."

Sold an educational license on a prepaid account which means you will not get a voucher code to redeem against any existing subscription you may already have. The listing for the product did NOT mention you are buying an educational license and refunds are being refused despite the lack of clarity. Definitely not recommended.
Also avoid publishing any reviews on own site which are anything other than 5 star, my negative review has not been posted against the product purchased and there are only 5 star reviews posted across the whole site.

Purchased Office Professional Plus 2016. Received a message stating activation needed after three weeks or the software will be locked within 4 days.
Emailed Instant Software for support-They blamed Microsoft and said wait until locked before they will do anything. Received further sarcastic and defensive emails, calling me 'Pal' and 'cheers Stevo'.
Made me laugh, but problem not solved and no solution on the horizon. My advice would be to avoid. I will update the review as appropriate.
