Had issues uploading larger files to their OneDrive for Business share. Tried via apps, the Sharepoint site and the Classic OneDrive site. Tried numerous devices and even a friends Broadband connection to rule out any chance of it being a problem with my ISP.

Contacted them numerous times for support via email and never got a response. Asked for a refund as part of their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and no-one has been in touch.

I work as an IT Analyst for a major company so I know my way around OneDrive, Sharepoint and Cloud providers in general. I’m not your average user who’s complaining because I don’t know how to use the product.

Trust me people, stay away from this company, their non-existent support and broken promises. They take your cash and don’t provide assistance should you require it.

It came fast, it worked, but I'd hoped for some info on what happens in a year's time.

It was very unclear from the listing that the Office Key was one that you cannot use to extend your own subscription. I tried several times to contact them about this and was ignored. Finally managed to speak to someone who didn't want to know. I pointed out they offer a 100% satisfaction promise on the website, they didn't want to know as they have the money. Terrible company, avoid at all costs !

Do not buy Microsoft office 365 from here, it's a con. And when I tried to deal with it with them via live chat, they just cut me off and ended the chat. I've had to open a dispute with my credit card to try and get a refund.

Every thing in the Office Suite works fine with the exception of Skype for business and ISK are in the process of helping me sort this issue. Great value for money and easy to install.

Very easy to download an official version of Microsoft Office; it worked straightaway and cost under one fifth of other places. What is not to love about this?
