Waited 3 days for just eat to sort out my order total joke I will never use again

It only takes a quick google search to see why I am so pi$$ed. Look what they do to our food prices to boot! also charging for tips that the drivers never see. Good luck calling in to ask what is wrong and barely being able to understand the monkey on the other end of the line. Bottom line we have to be less lazy and just go pick up our food like we use too. I feel bad now for mentioning the restaurant in my last review a hour ago after realizing my anger should be with this scam called just eat.

Terrible service. Twice in a row I was charged for food and delivery fee but only a portion of the order was delivered to me. When you try to call Just Eat to either get reimbursed or get the food that you paid for delivered to you its a constant struggle and takes a whole hour of negotiation. This should not be the case as I am a paying customer. Never am I ordering from Just eat again. Very disappointed.

Just eat is reliable, problem-solving, and all out trusty.
I've had problems such as food not up to standards, wrong orders, missing food and ETC. They have always acted fast and even refunded me on rare occasions when it was deserved.
If you need a middle-company to help, this is the company.

What a garbage service. Food arrived cold, disgusting and LATE... Just Eat called the restaurant where they claimed they were on time when they really weren't... Basically $40 out the window and their support refused to help me. When the day comes that UberEats puts these guys out of business, I'll be happy.

I used the pre-order feature to order dumplings. The food was one hour late. I called just-eat to ask about the situation, the response was "the pre-order feature sometimes makes orders be late". Then why in the hell do you have a pre-order feature?

Ordering using Just Eat is terrible. Not the restaurants themselves, but Just Eat as a service. I've had numerous coupons emailed to me from Just Eat (10% off your next order type thing). I've always been unsuccessful using the coupons and checking out with a coupon is near impossible with Just eat. I finally spent the time last night to figure it out. I put in the coupon code, the code was accepted and the total amount was lowered. Yet when I clicked place order, the coupon was not applied. I contacted Just Eat was very unaccommodating and just said they'd give me $10 off next time. Of course I don't want to use them again and run into this problem all over again. After numerous times going back and forth they refuse to do anything so I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered food through Just Eat. The food did not arrive for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Called the restaurant, who notified me that the food is ready but the Just Eat driver has not arrived. Called Just Eat to cancel the order, the customer service representative informed me that i cannot cancel the order and have to wait for the delivery. The order arrived cold, soggy, gross. The customer service rep informed me that he will not reimburse me for that order. I had to argue with him and he said that the most he can do is half of the order price.... Food went into the garbage and money down the drain... Thank you Just Eat, you've lost a customer.

If you want to wait two hours for your food, this is the right company'nn

Please stay away from this scam, I ordered food and got sick from it and they basically told me to contact the restaurant and shove it. Contacted my credit card as a fraudulent, in the future if I saw this app from anywhere i would bash it like there was no tomorrow, save your time and money and stay away from justeat

Worst app even resturants in just eat say order from us directly. If you you give them feedback manager tells you the how to order food think customers are fool don't know how to use app at last they will offer you 25$ .I paid 50 buck of there application error.

No consumer protection and no consequences when a restaurant scams or double charges consumers!

I placed an order, they charged my debit card, but my actual order never went through. Waited an hour with no food, contacted customer service via live chat, they were rude and unhelpful. Glitchy app, terrible customer service, and they charge way more than what you would pay from just calling the store directly

I placed order on Just Eat website from a takeaways called Zorba in Stamford, Leicestershire, and wrote reviews following my order. The other night a member of staff from takeaways knocked on my door at 1030pm, challenging and threatening me for writing the review. I considered logging the issue with Police and I also contacted Just Eat, however after exchanging several emails and phone calls I came to conclusion Just Eat is deliberately trying to ignore my complaint. It is disgusting that Just Eat puts money before customer safety and security.

Late by a long shot. Got my pizza wrong... They don't write the menus out properly. Peperoni = Chicken supreme????? Okay then. Terrible.

This is my go to food delivery website in Toronto and Montreal. I have tried others, such as UberEats, but I find JustEat be the most consistent and transparent. I have ordered delivery about 80 times on this website and only once or twice has it been significantly late. The delivery fee is also very obvious, which allows you to select restaurants with free or affordable delivery which is important to me. Overall, JustEat is excellent!

It has now been 2.5 hours since I used Just Eat to order my Schawarma and chicken wings, and I am getting a little hangry. I paid for my food and delivery and after 1.5 hours I called to see why I was still hungry. Turns out I was still hungry because the delivery guy never picked up the food from the restaurant to deliver it to me.

Simple math says:
Delivery Guy + picking up order + delivering order = satisfied belly

My belly still isn't satisfied and I fully expect that the Schawarma and chicken wings that will be delivered will be the same ones made for delivery 2 hours ago.

Here is my predicted revised math for how I anticipate my meal and thus figure out the rating of Just Eat. Because math is good, unlike Just Eat.

Delivery guy + picking up old, cold food + delivery of old, cold food - a 0 star rating option = a 1 star rating.

edit: the good news is that a little over 3 hours after ordering it, my cold food showed up. Since it's cold I don't need to adjust the rating.
