Love all the restaurants in my area on this app/website! My food always arrives earlier than expected, still nice and hot. So easy...and cheaper than other services that expect customers to pay more than the restaurants charge for the same food. I'm definitely sticking with Just Eat!

I placed an order through Just-Eat for the first time today and was very disappointed by the service.

I messaged customer service to adjust an order that I made online but was completely misled. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a headache.

I was told that I would get a refund and even got a confirmation email. But, a few minutes later I got a call from the same customer rep telling me that in fact I would not be able to get the refund because the restaurant had refused. I was made to accept the original order I placed. The customer should not have to cover for the incompetency of the company.

I found the entire process painful and unprofessional. I will not be ordering through Just-Eat again and I would caution others to do the same. It's better to just call/order through the restaurants themselves.

We just tried to order through Just-Eat.ca some Mexican Food from a great restaurant here in Calgary. After waiting an hour and a half Just-Eat advised us the restaurant couldn't deliver the order. However, we had already called the he restaurant 30 minutes earlier and the food was ready and waiting for pick up (nice of you to pass the buck). Now we have to order from somewhere else and we now be 3 hours until we eat. Absolutely brutal service on your end, not the restaurant.

Ordered from justeat.ca and got a phone call AFTER my card had been charged for the order saying the restaraunt was closed. I have been waiting over ten days for a refund. They keep telling me to talk to my finacial institution who assures me the charge has not been reversed. Justeat tells me it has. If you don't want to get ripped off call the restaraunt directly and place your order.

My girlfriend ordered from Wild Wings in Toronto. The order didn't go through but they withdrew the money from her bank account. The restaurant can't do anything about it. Called JustEat.ca. 20 mins waiting on the line and the call just drops. This happened both on a home phone and cellphone. It says they have telephone customer service for lengthy hours but this could very well be a trick. The customer service tells you every two minutes they are too busy and to email them instead or use the online chat.

Why risk it with JustEat.ca when you can just pick up the phone and order direct?

I rated this website 1 out of 5 because apparently your not allowed to give ZERO stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had online. I ordered my food at 10 30 pm. Upon ordering my food, I came to this website and read the reviews on the company, only to find all the bad ratings. So I decided I was going to cancel my order. Only to find out how unhelpful the website is in this matter. It says there is a live chat function where you send a message and it will respond. I Sent FIVE MESSAGES asking how to cancel and requested my order cancelled. WITH NO REPLY. Then the only number on the website is a number in toronto, where I called and left a voicemail. STILL NO CALL BACK. eventually my food showed up. THREE HOURS LATER WHEN I WAS SLEEPING. at 130 my doorbell rings, at this point im angry and not hungry. I told the driver i dont want the food and that it was cancelled. however my card was still charged, and im looking into a refund. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE. DO NOT USE, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
