Poor product, lacking integrity
This company supplied two stone columns either side of the front door of our home. The first columns failed after a few months, with cracks appearing along most of their length. They could not explain what had gone wrong. Some replacement columns were manufactured but not fitted because on arrival at our home they were displaying similar cracking. A third set of columns were manufactured and fitted and they have now developed cracks after much less than a year. The columns are not load bearing. The columns are not of satisfactory quality and are not fit for purpose. However, Locker & RIley are now refusing to replace the columns which cost several thousand pounds. We understand that decision has been made by their Managing Director himself. They lack not only the integrity to stand behind the product and the contract but the values to understand the outrageousness of adopting such a position. This is a company to be very wary of.
