My local Estate agents wanted a fee of Approximately £2000 to market my property. The total cost to me with My House advert was £207, saving me nearly £1800. We used myhouseadvert to help sell our park home in Guildford. The service they provided was not only excellent value for money in these times when so many seem to want to take all your money, but the staff were always friendly and helpful on the other end of a phone. It was the first time for us to use on online estate agent and I must say I was impressed. I would highly recommend to all my friends. Kim & Adam liaised with us through from the time it went on the site up until the point in which we sold the property and handed the keys over. I chose MyHouseAdvert since the house I was selling was in the same town as I lived. This meant I was able to easily do the viewers and also, more importantly talk and interact with them. I found this worked better in selling the house. I ended up adding my own pictures and description since the ones taken by the chap who did the EPC weren't up to scratch. The interface is easy to use allowing you to upload lots of pictures and add detailed descriptions. Adam and Kim were great, keeping me informed and providing advice when I asked for it. There was a minor issue with the Paypal monthly payments but this was quickly resolved and refunded by them.
All in all a great and personal service.

Having recently used high street estate agents and being left by them to do all the work, I thought I would give an on-line estate agent a try. Looking around at the various agents who advertise online I chose MyHouseAdvert.co.uk because of the flexibility of paying each month and I was impressed by the website and the reviews. Before I committing I gave them a call, and I spoke to Adam who was very supportive and talked me through the whole process. Feeling very reassured I paid £79 via paypal (£69 per month and £10 initial assessment fee) and uploaded my advert on a Friday which was a very easy process, the assessor came round on Monday to check measurements and the advert was live on Monday night on all the main property portals including Rightmove.

Over the following 2 weeks, I carried out 10 viewings with very good potential buyers arranged by MyHouseAdvert.co.uk, 2 second viewings and then received 2 offers of the full asking price. In addition to this all of the potential buyers commented on how nice the agents were and how quickly they came back to them to confirm the viewings - thank you again Adam and Kim! In addition to this we have also saved £3000 - £3500 commission.

Anyone who is thinking of doing the same I would strongly advise you to go for it. I would not have any hesitation in recommending the organisation to friends and family. The beauty of MyHouseAdvert.co.uk is that you can try it, and if it doesn't work out it has only cost you a relatively small amount of money compared to a high street agent's commission charge. I would very highley recommend MyHouseAdvert to anybody selling their property. You do have to show people around the property yourself, which some people would feel uncomfortable doing, but i was buying another property and veiwing other properties with other estate egants showed me how to present my own home to veiwers. MyHouseAdvert will give plenty of helpful advise and enable you to feel confident during the sale of your property and selling with MyHouseAdvert saved me a thousand pounds.

I once read that most properties are first viewed via the internet and then the relevant agent contacted so even though I was sceptical I signed up with My House Advert as I really didn't want to pay High Street prices. I need not have worried as the staff were professional and friendly. Everything happened the way they said it would re. the photographs, EPC certificate and the exterior sign.
Once I received an offer which was acceptable I was relieved to find that I got the support from My House to make sure that things proceeded as they should and that the solicitors didn't delay by putting me to the bottom of the pile! All in all a fairly stress free time.

We encountered plenty of conventional estate agents while house hunting, and were unimpressed by their efforts, so when the time came to sell our house, we used MyHouseAdvert and the service we received was excellent. We paid a fraction of what a normal estate agent would charge, and still had a personal contact on the end of the phone and email who helped us through every stage of our sale. Selling your house on the internet! Yes it does work and is the way forward. As this method is not traditional, we, along with others were nervous at trying it. What's the catch, can it work, will buyers be put off? Forget all the negatives and barriers. We did it, sold within weeks and saved ourselves commission charges of 8k +.
The only thing to bear in mind, you show your viewers round yourselves, but maybe that is actualy a good thing. Adam and Kim were good people to deal with, service and communication were excellent and we would definitely be using My House Advert if selling again.

The internet is the way to go! gone are the days when you would look through the papers or trawl the high streets looking for local estate agents for a new property, now everything is on the internet even an online agency. We thought we would give it a go and it could'nt of been any better or easier, all you have to do is get a price and some photo's and your away! One slight problem which perhaps may need to be reviewed is who they commission to undertake the photos and EPC. The photos were not the greatest and not as professional looking as hoped.

I decided to market my property myself rather than use a high street estate agent and after researching various possibilities I decided to use MyHouseAdvert as their website was very informative, their fees were all explained and I liked the fact that not only would they market my property on all the popular sites (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) but they would also liaise with potential buyers.
I am very happy with the service I have received - from start to finish I have felt supported. I first saw the sign for myhouseadvert.co.uk on a house close by mine. It wasn't up for long, thought that will do me as it sold quickly, and I found out it didn't cost the earth. I made contact with a very competent gentleman, Adam Sutherland, who did what he said he would, "sell my house for me". The Myhouseadvert service was ideal for my family.

We really needed the appropriate web platform and access to Rightmove, Zoopla and other key sites to appeal to our target buyers.
