I am sure that lots of people worry about the level of customer service that they will get from an on line estate agent, The service I have received from My House Advert has been excellent and better than service from high street estate agents i have used previously. This coupled with the fact that despite my sale dragging on for several months I have saved over £1000 compared to high street charges. I have told lots of friends about My House Advert and they will all be using this company in the future.

Excellent value for money for getting your property on the internet websites (where most people look for property). I would use myhouseadvert.co.uk again. I see no reason to use the high street estate agents anymore. High street agents charge 1000's more £ than myhouseadvert for doing the same job.

The team at myhouseadvert.co.uk responded to our requests quickly and we were listed on Rightmove within 48 hours. They booked all the viewings for us and made the process very simple. We accepted an offer within 3 weeks and were able to move very quickly.

I used MyHouseAdvert to sell my flat in the Bow Quarter, Fairfield Road, London as Estate Agent's fees are astronomically high for very little quality - the ones that valued the flat didn't even notice it was south facing etc etc.

MyHouseAdvert were very responsive (always on email) and I was impressed with their effectiveness and advice. Never felt like I was getting a sub-par service becuase the fees were low.

Only thing you should be prepared for is that they don't pick up the phone to bidders, so I spoke with people directly in order to expedite the buying process and manage expectations.

Great service and will definitely use again ... when the time is right. Everyone uses the internet to buy a house these days - why pay an agent £1000s !?!

Compared to a conventional estate agent the cost is very low and in our experience the service provided better.

This service cuts the process of finding a buyer down to its bare essentials without any loss of effectiveness, in fact the simplification is a distinct advantage and results in enormous savings. My property details were displayed online at all the same sites used by high street agencies and I had complete control over my marketing. Advice is available and given but final decisions were left to me and I was always completely 'in the loop' as to how any negotiations were proceeding. Overall I am very impressed with the service offered by myhouseadvert. I managed to find a buyer in one week and whole process finished in 8 weeks. I had me reservations about using My House Advert at first as I'd never used an online agent before and didn't know anyone that had but after deciding to use them right from the very start I was very impressed with the service they gave me. Yes we sold our house very quickly and NO expensive Estate Agency Fees to pay. The staff were friendly and very efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this way of selling your house to everyone.

This is an outstanding service for the money. The process of creating the ad was intuitive and brief, the validation process was equally painless and the rest was just like any other estate agent – minus the several thousand pound price tag! My ad was live on all the ‘big ticket’ property sites in a few hours and I sold in a few days! The staff were fast, polite friendly and efficient. I really couldn’t have asked for more.

If you don’t need assisted viewings and want to maximise the amount of money you can extract from selling your property, this is the only way forward. I would definitely use them again.
