An effective and simple service that saved us thousands on sellers fees. Simple to use and allows you freedom to present your house as you wish. I used My House Advert to sell my house in Weston super Mare. My House Advert were efficient, helpful, professional and also saved me approximately £3200 on high street estate agent fees.
Kim, was prompt with her replies when organising viewings and is a credit to My House Advert. I would have requests for viewings on a Sunday evening, i would reply by email and within an hour or so i would have a confirmation. What high street estate agent works on Sunday evening?

Using MyHouseAdvert saved us around £1.5K. It was difficult to distinguish between online estate agents by looking at their websites with most offering similar packages. I was expecting a basic level of service which would promote our property on the main portals such as Rightmove etc. However, the exceptional level of support and friendly service we received far surpassed our prior experience of 'traditional' estate agents. If you are looking for an online estate agent...I would sincerely recommend MyHouseAdvert.

I just can't believe how easy the whole process has been. The advert for my house in Prenton, Wirral went live on the property websites on the Thursday, by Monday I was receiving phone calls to arrange viewings and by following Saturday I had accepted an offer. This is exactly what I wanted .........hassle free and I've saved myself nearly £2000 on highstreet estate agent fees.

Whilst I accept that not all conveyancing goes as well as ours I was so impressed with the service provided I can only hope is sounds the death knell of estate agents who requested £4,500 for a poorer service.


With respect of Kim, she was totally professional in her role and is a credit to your company. She negotiated to a high standard and provided the best follow up service I have experienced of the three sales and purchases I have undertaken. Our purchasers preferred to deal with Kim rather than their own agents.


I was reassured at all times during what is a stressful period, this was especially so in my case as we have been trying to sell the property for 2 years.as well as the week before completion my daughter was married with all the stress that causes to the father of the bride and finally I start a new job next week.


Kim took away 95% of the angst involved allowing me to concentrate on the other matters.

We have just sold our house in Southampton through MyHouseAdvert after being on the market for about 12 weeks. The company was really helpful and responsive, and always had someone on hand to deal with our questions. I think they have experience as conventional estate agents. We got plenty of viewings, and it was good to be able to talk personally with all the buyers.

You have to think carefully about whether you are in a position to do viewings yourself (we had help from neighbours occasionally, and the chap that did the energy certificate offered to do them for a small fee when we went away) - but if you are in a position to do this, I would definitely recommend selling this way.

I was really pleased when I found a way to access Rightmove for £59. It did take 4 months to sell, but i didn't pay any agents commission and the total cost of the sale was £236. I am really happy because I saved a fortune in fees. Great job.
