New Brand  

Received order today, I had previously been a little annoyed at how long it was taking to recieve . However this had been stated on website and possible oversite on my part not reading it correctly. Items I received are lovely. Packaged beautifully and I enjoy the surprise element of opening my boxes. Will definitely order again

Used to highly rate this company and order all the time. But I’ve had a lot of issues with delivery, the customer service is shocking I’m fed up of hearing excuses after excuses. I have left this months before changing my 5star Review back to a low score

Such a shame as Noddy is lovely and you can get some great products sometimes.

Was also very disappointed when I won a starskin bundle, after waiting months for it to arrive I got one face mask and a lip mask.

Unless the customer service improves I won’t be ordering again as I’ve never had so much stress constantly chasing up a company.

Reply: Hey i am not just on about the one matter you mentioned. Most of my parcels had delays. I’ve waited well over 2 months before when being told several times they had been sent.
Also was suppose to have items added into another order which never happened.
I have so many different orders I could mention.
But thank you for replying with information you have already explained

I went on the Nod box website to purchase a postal pallete which was under £10 oh my when I received my post pallete from the letter box I was absolutely gob smacked to see a lime crime Aura Eyeshadow pallete. The pigmentation was awesome. Well worth the price. Yes I had to wait for 10 working days to receive it. Can't wait to purchase shop again.

Always been so happy with my purchases, fantasist company who will go above and beyond to help anyone. I ordered a little box of luxury and I won a miss Dior perfume RRP £100 just for interacting with posts, and joining in on the tik tok lives. The best company with the best staff 🤍 xx

I placed an order, as I religiously do almost weekly, and was kindly gifted a “mermade hair pony kit” by noddy! I’ve used the kit for roughly 3 days now and I love it! The fly away gel is amazing, isn’t crunchy and slicked back all my fly aways, I have a lot of hair breakage so was pleasantly surprised by how much it helped! I’ve been using the bobbles and clips whilst at work where I have to have my hair tied back, and they’re amazing! They haven’t left any bumps and didn’t hurt my head at all. Just want to thank noddy for the gift and mermade hair for the amazing product! I definitely recommend both NODBOX and mermade hair :)

Have ordered several times and have always had problems. The idea is amazing and unique, but the customer service is awful. Was told so many empty promises. 2 parcels never arrived, I emailed over and over again inquiring but heard nothing back. They blocked me from TikTok when I asked about it on one of their lives. Took 5 months to finally get a refund. However there is still one order I haven’t received which is a large order. I contact them, they said they’ll look into it and don’t hear anything since. Makes customers feel forgotten about.

Everything that I have ever had from Nodbox has been amazing in every way from product to price. There isn't anything that I haven't liked. Prices are so cheap for what you get. Noddy and the team go above and beyond from the lives to customer service. My husband thinks he,s now got a new wife, as I never wore make up until I became addicted to Nodbox lol.

I came across Nodbox last year when I first placed an order for monthly August box. I was very pleased with it because it contained alot of high end products that I never imagined I could buy at full price. Since then I placed 4 or 5 orders and 2 arrived but the rest didn't. Despite me getting in touch with customer services continously I ended up asking for refund which also took several months.
Noddy the business owner is a wonderful person, I've been on their lives on tiktok and her business idea is absolutely amazing. I genuinely don't think there's another business like hers who offer high end products.
I placed 2 orders recently and thank fully this time they arrived. Having royalmail as a delivery option definitely helps. Though postage is expensive. I can trust Royalmail to deliver my items.
Overall I'm happy with the products but customer service does need improvement. They did treat me terribly by breaking promises and not responding back. I lost some trust in the company but recently after successfully receiving my orders. Nodbox has genuinely made me happy once again. Thank you.
One thing I'd like to mention. I purchased a 'Huda Beauty' box and I don't see the point of having a huda beauty box when you're including items from another brands. It just makes it a usual mystery box. I was a bit disappointed when I received it. I placed an order thinking I'll get all Huda beauty items whether it'd be wishful in that box too even if it was a sample or travel size item. That's just my opinion. I am still very grateful for now owning beauty or skincare items I never dreamt of having like lipsticks from Bobby Brown or skincare from Clinique. Thank you x

Very polite when answering emails back fast response when I emailed about an order, amazing products for thr price you pay amazing products 😀 I will be placing my 3rd order very soon 😀

Item never actually arrived, received an initial response from customer service saying I hadn’t selected tracked delivery and then no replies since.

This comment has been flagged by the company as false so assume I won’t be getting any money back or receiving my order any time soon 😂

Waste of time and money! Ordered a lucky dip bag in January - it’s about 4 months later now and it still never arrived!

Emailed, dm’d, messaged on website, even commented on their live videos and still nothing! About £30 down the drain!

The tracking option is also useless - as doesn’t tell you where your parcel is. Probably never left the stockroom!

I’ve placed multiple orders with NODBOX. They always have amazing products in the boxes and the boxes are well worth the price. I’ve had a few issues regarding delivery on a few occasions but have always been sorted. Highly recommend.

I ordered from here on the 28th March and the shipping said would take 9-10 days and be untracked but never had any updates about when it would be shipped. So, I messaged the nodbox account on Instagram as this is what I have followed them on and never got a reply. On the 11th April I got a text from an unknown number (I’m assuming it’s Royal Mail) to say that my parcel had been shipped. I emailed them on the 21st and received an automatic email saying I’d have a reply in 72 hours. No reply, no order, no help and £60+ lost by the looks of it.

Said my order was posted 24th March but still not received it still waiting for them to back to me
