We were surprised how quickly and efficiently the job was done.
The engineer went beyond what was expected as he helped us “oldies” to connect our iPads and phones quickly to the router .

BT Delivered As Promised
The router showed up as indicated, and the engineer came at the time indicated. He was polite and helpful, and left things neat and tidy. BT sent many reminders to keep things on track.

First class service from Kelly Group
The Kelly engineer arrived yesterday afternoon. He introduced himself to both my wife & I and gave us a brief explanation on what is involved for our fibre connection. We can't remember his name? Anyway he did a first class job, tidy work and quickly had us up and running.

Great Openreach experience
Open reach engineer called in advance to say when he'd be arriving, was nice and polite and explained to me what he was doing to ensure that I could point out any possible issues. He did a great job fitting the fibre cable through a complicated series of gaps and walls in a 1960s flat, adapting to ensure he didn't interfere with any other cables and systems. He was also happy to wait while I tested it with a number of systems to ensure there was good connection across the property.
