Pos layu

They should rename themself as Poslayu. Customer paid for express delivery service for distance less than 50kms, but 4 days over still not delivered. The online tracking never updated on time. 2 days over and NO Status. When called to check my parcel status, they only mentioned already out, but never explain why your parcel not delivered or when should be delivered or where is your parcel!!! If this is LAYU, then why called Laju?

Friendly staff but slow delivery

As an avid stamp collector who visits pos malaysia often to buy first day covers, I was pleased with the polite and helpful staff. It was only when I started sending letters through their air mail system I began to have a problem. I sent a letter to my cousin in Melbourne, Australia and I was led to believe it would take 5-11 working days as stated on their website. More than a month after posting it, the letter has still not arrived. I also sent a parcel to the same cousin for his birthday in November using the Pos Laju express delivery service and it did not arrive until January.

To the Customer Service

To the Customer Service: Your service is utterly disgraceful and abhorrent. I waited for more than an hour for your online AskPosLaju customer service and no answer. Called your customer service hotline and no answer. Do you even know the importance of customer service??? Utterly abhorrent and disgraceful. Shameful for you to even be known as a Malaysian company.

Worst experience with a postal provider…

Worst experience with a postal provider ever. My parcel is held up at customs and I’m required to send a form online BUT their online system isn’t working. Phone lines are now not accessible, emails get a reply saying they’re experiencing high volume so expect delays, customer service rep calls but is clueless and refers me to the spoilt online system.

They should just shut down Pos Malaysia since it’s not working anyway and customers can’t get their parcels or the service they require to obtain their parcels.

What a nightmare

POS Malaysia is managment I'd the…

POS Malaysia is managment I'd the WORsT!. Please engage more people!. Their website and their mobile App is s joke!. Why Malaysia government apps are so Clunky and not user friendly.
Back to topic...The updating in Malaysia post is pathetic. I was monitoring my parcel from eBay Taiwan. The EBAY site and the Taiwan Post office showed a pretty fast and efficient delivery phases. It was recorded very well from picking up of parcel from Sender right up to the boarding of plane to KLia Malaysia and that is where the problem starts. POS Malaysia did not record anything about my parcel. Few days later out of sudden a long list of transaction happened in Malaysia. Like someone cooking up a journey for the parcel.
The next one was sending my item to Terenggannu from Puchong. I paid POS Laju service but it takes a week to arrived. There is no difference between the POS Laju and normal post. This shipment faced similar fate, there is no record of the postage whereabouts in the POS Malaysia mobile apps. In the last hours, upon delivery to the receiver in Terengganu, suddenly it appears like some one wrote the update of what transpired to the journey of the parcel.
All these are not acceptable to Malaysia so called being a modern country. It is truly a shame to called Malaysia modern at all ..

Gangster Pos

Why 1 star ? Spent RM128 to send a document to U.K by EMS. But it spend 3 weeks travelling around east and west of Malaysia. And finally realised it's for U.K address? Then spent another week to send from KLIA.I have no choice but to spend another RM180 to send the same document by another courier service that only takes 3 days.....3 days compare to 1month, mind you ? The worst courier service in the universe, and is a so called developed country NATIONAL POS SERVICE, not shame ? Not shy ?

I got a parcel from Indonesia

I got a parcel from Indonesia, it only took two days for the parcel to leave the country, then only 2 days then passed the custom. Now my parcel forever stuck at “ Item dispatched out PUSAT MEL NASIONAL
DELIVERY OFFICE AMPANG “
YOU ARE WAY MORE HORRIBLE THEN POS INDONESIA. I feel like I’m still stuck in this third world country. Degenerate service from you guys. Shame on all of you.

It’s not easy to always deliver…

It’s not easy to always deliver everything on time, without mistakes etc. Every post office in the world, especially national one, has issues. However despite all that people at the Delivery Metro B at the HQ are really nice, do the best they can and I appreciate that. I gibe them 5 stars for their kindness, effort to do the best they can with the resources they have.

Pos Laju please do you job

Pos Laju please do you job. You claimed to deliver my package, twice. But you left nothing in my mail box and you didn't contact me! Your service claimed that you did but you lied! How unprofessional. I had to connect with my sender and they had to find out what happened! I have told my sender I will never buy from them because they use your service

Doesn't recommend using at all. Unless you don't want your parcel.

Pos Malaysia doesn't deliver international inbound parcels that doesn't have receiver's contact number. They don't drop it off in your apartment mailbox either. They insisted you come over to pick it up yourself and will not attempt redelivery, citing it's an international post so they won't do it (not sure what's the logic but yeah).

I rather pay more money to use other courier. Unfortunately the sender didn't inform me in advance before delivering so I'm stuck with PosLambatMalaysia.

Useless Pickup Service (PosLaju)

Useless Pickup Service I ever try. I have 3 parcel suppose to pickup from my house on 1st June but no any single PosLaju van come to pickup. More worse, not inform to customer why missed pickup or alert to customer what is the reason not collect the parcel. Didn't receive any single call from them at all or email.

I reschedule twice & until 3th June still not come to collect. They very good & fast collect top-up money on the spot but very bad collect parcel on time. In the end, I cancel all my pickup service & request for refund.
