​I recently booked my car in for two…

​I recently booked my car in for two front tyres, an MOT, and their Platinum Service, which was supposed to include an air conditioning refill and a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing.
​When I collected the vehicle, I was only given paperwork for the MOT. The staff seemed entirely focused on aggressively selling me repairs for the MOT advisories rather than ensuring the requested service was actually completed.
​On my drive home, the air conditioning was blowing hot air, and the tyre sensor light came on (though the pressures were fine when I checked them myself). I had to return the following Monday. They ran the aircon through the machine again, which finally got it working, and reset the sensor—however, the tyre sensor light has already come back on.
​Because I received absolutely no paperwork or proof for the Platinum Service, fluids, or alignment, and given the immediate issues I faced, I am not convinced the service was actually performed. It feels like the team was more interested in hunting for extra repair work than delivering the service I actually paid for. I would not recommend.

As I am disabled thanks to Harry a loverly young man polite and respectful and even gave me assistance to pay monthly great set of lads make you welcome and make sure you are comfortable I would give them 100 stares if I could, thanks
