I enquired about an issue on my air con system and specifically asked if they carried out repairs or just did air con re gas. I was told they did repairs but the system would need a re gas with fluorescent dye to establish if there was a leak. Following the re gas I was informed there were no leaks. I was also told that if the system still didn’t work correctly then I would need to take the car to an air con specialist as they didn’t do repairs. Obviously I wasn’t happy with being told this as I know there’s an issue and a repair is required. I took the car back home and ordered a uv torch. The following day I ran the system and used the torch and immediately found a leak. They said there was no leak. I went to them as they area local company and we used it previously when it was chemex and we had no problems. Very disappointed as I will now have to go to a specialist and pay for another regas. We will not return.

Only 4 stars given since as part of the alignment and fitting process the car headlights had been turned from auto and the traction control setting had been disabled. All ok but didn’t realise till warning messages came up on dashboard. Would have been good if the changes had been restored.
I like the fact that you can book online and price was competitive. Service and feedback both excellent.

The receptionist explained everything about the sir con regassing of my car extremely clearly. The job was done within an hour so I was able to wait for it to be done. I was pleased with the service I received which is quite rare these days.
