Hi there been going to spin at 0630 and in previous weeks the people taking it are great. Today the lady who took it was
Uninterested
Didn’t even set her bike up
No enthusiasm
No clear instruction, times description of what
Didn’t do it to enthuse others to do
Looked like it was chore
Not impressed
Please ensure that either she is trained to conduct the class or never does it again.

Guess pass didn’t work and can’t use the gym as no one from guest services works on a Sunday. This place is a joke.

Convenient location with lots of free parking
Lots of different machines to choose from so rarely have to wait to use an apparatus. Convenient location with lots of free parking.
