Amazing Trainers!
Six months ago, I decided to switch to Limehouse Pure Gym, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice. The trainers there have truly made a positive impact on my fitness journey.
Speaking specifically about Connor, his classes have been incredible. The level of organization, professionalism, and dedication he brings to each session has significantly contributed to my fitness progress. His well-structured classes, coupled with a supportive and friendly approach, have not only enhanced my physical well-being but also made each workout thoroughly enjoyable.
Very grateful for the positive atmosphere and the community he has built there.

Zsombi is the Man! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Limehouse PureGym is the best of their branches. Staff are helpful and friendly. I finally have the confidence and knowledge to train on the gym floor alone thanks to all the great information Zsombi has given me during classes.
More weights for the studio would be great so everyone can have enough plates

Showers are permanently set to cold
Showers are permanently set to cold. I need to be able to shower after a sweaty workout and having freezing showers is not only unpleasant but unhealthy given the weather outside

We have recently made slight changes to the shower temperatures, to 33 degrees, both to control our energy usage and to reduce our carbon footprint. All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities, and we would like to thank you for passing on these concerns.

Absolutely love the gym! The convenience of it being open 24 hours is a game-changer for my schedule. It's always spotless, and they've got such a variety of equipment that I never get bored with my workouts. Highly recommend!"

Very clean and in good conditions
Very clean and in good conditions. Has many options for the same muscle groups wich is great if it gets crowded. You can workout 24/7, you just need a code to enter and smash your body.

the gym & class offer is basic
The staff are lovely.
But, the gym itself is very basic and the offer of classes is very thin on the ground. One of pure gyms biggest selling points is the ‘over 50 free classes’ line which features outside the gym along the wall. Yet there are maybe 5 or 6 classes a day at most. The classes that are always full have not once been increased in number and popular classes have been reduced to 30 min classes to 15 minutes and now are not available at all. I’m basically paying a monthly fee for access to a treadmill and some weights - very much not the pure gym sell. Very disappointing. In addition, the culture perpetuated by some of the young men in this gym is also completely unacceptable and has no place in a modern society. Women should feel safe in the gym and able to mind their own business. Sadly this doesn’t seem to be the case in this one. The solution is not ‘female only spaces’ it should be a zero tolerance policy led by Pure Gym.

Classes are a free service as part of purchasing a membership for the gym. Classes ran are subject to member demand and PT availability. For more information, we advise speaking to the Gym Team who can advise further regarding classes.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour and take any concerns of this nature seriously. We ask that any concerns are raised with the gym manager directly, or to safespace@puregym.com; a confidential means of alerting us to any behavioural concerns. 1- They’ll closed it for maintenance and will not inform you.
2- The bathroom is nasty, not clean.

Maggots, flooding, mould
Unfortunately I was left no choice but to leave a bad review!
Over the weekend there was flooding, toilets was out of service and the showers wasn't working. I understand things can sometimes go wrong but we should have got an email about this or have access to other gyms!
A few days later I noticed they fixed the problem but I see mould and maggots on the side of the shower!
I tried to email them directly about it but I got no response. Very unhygienic!
I really hope that start taking this seriously because this is quite serious!

Same problems not fixed.
Problems that I reported since I started using their service are yet to be fixed. Namely:
1-Machines out of order: Either get rid of them or repair them.
2-Shower rooms that occasionally reek.
3-The occasional maggots coming out of god knows where, in the floor of the showers (my best guess is that they are nested somewhere in the ceiling).
My review is harsh because this was reported more than 2 months ago, yet it persists. Honestly the only reason I keep using this place is because it is open 24/7.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

I find that not enough cleaning happens…
I find that not enough cleaning happens in my gym. People dressed in in appropriate footwear for the gym.
Noone asked if i had any injuries before i started a class (i have injuries) ladies only section is really small. Dont do anything which requires your knees to touch the floor....your trousers will be wrecked.

No available staff
The only staff that is working there are the PT's, who are always busy with a customer or not to be found. There front doors are very slow and sometimes faulty and make it difficult for other people to get in. If you press the buzzer, no one will come down to talk to you.
The overall smell is not that great. So far I have not used the toilets or the lockers.
