I’m an absolute beginner and incredibly unfit but James, the instructor looked after me really well.

Local manager, James, able to resolve an issue that had prevented me accessing a concessionary health related membership.
Other staff introduced me knowledgeable and thoughtfully to the equipment available. God experience!

Based on the cost, could not fault it, had plenty equipment, gym and changing area clean. Parking might be an issue during busy periods, as car park not that big, but I tend to use during quieter times.

Became a member back in September 2024 I attended twice a week 1 day to train the 2nd to attend class I feel like I've benefited for health reasons. I have recently started adding a 3rd day to attend to maintain a fitness regime 1 day to conclude on strength 2 day on cardio and 3rd is class as I enjoy attending the gym. The staff are friendly and helpful, I have thought about a personal trainer to help me with my fitness goal I recommend PureGym Tyldesley to anyone who is looking to start a fitness journey
