Katie was in constant communication with me through the beginning of the house buying progress. She was extremely patient, and helpful!

As we were selling my late cousins property it was a complicated transaction. Initially Hannah had to work very hard as the property had a complicated title with a few issues to resolve before marketing could commence. In a difficult market we eventually had an acceptable offer but then Andrew had to work very hard to resolve a issues and delays at the bottom of the chain but eventually we got over the line.

Throughout my house sale, Katie, my Sales Managerer at Redbrik Chesterfield has been great. She's kept in touch and offered her advice. She's been innovative and responsive to my requests and suggestions. She made me feel as though I was her only client!!! I've been quite anxious throughout the sale as I was taking a major step on my own. Katie has reassured me and has always explained things thoroughly. Thanks Katie for all your help. I do also want to mention the fact that Redbrik staff have attended all the viewings so I didnt have to. It's been Joanna and Carmel in the main. Their personal input and continued care in their role has been excellent. The staff in the office have always been helpful too, answering my questions and passing on my messages etc.. To conclude I feel I certainly made the right decision when I chose to sell my home through Redbrik, Chesterfield.

What can I say apart from how thankful I am that myself and my husband chose Redbrik to help us sell our property. They have been absolutely faultless. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Put and offer in on a commercial property through bothams (Redbrik’s commercial). Fobbed off for 10 weeks to then receive an apologetic call from Andrew the director promising the following Monday I would get an answer. 7 weeks later after chasing him every week not one returned phone call! Utter waste of time!

The sale of our property has been smooth sailing with regular updates and suggestions on how to move forward.

We were able to speak with redbrik and the messages we left were always returned the process was simple and i would recommend either buying or selling with redbrick chesterfield
