From the initial valuation, to the photos, to listing the property and throughout the whole sales process, to completion the team at Redbrik were outstanding!
Communication was excellent and proactive, Jen, Abi, Louise, Hayley and Carlton were all brilliant. I especially found the 'secure move' process fantastic and as an investor a really reassuring tool to have. I couldnt recommend the team more highly and look forward to working with them again very soon.

The communication during the whole purchase was excellent. Both between ourselves but also the solicitors. Everything ran smoothly and I’d definitely recommend Redbrik.

I've just sold a house which was let out to a sitting tenant, so it was a little complicated and I was quite stressed about it. Throughout the process, Redbrik were on the ball and they always kept me informed about what was going on. I was impressed by their friendliness and efficiency - whenever I left a message, I was called back within a couple of hours. They were knowledgeable and gave good advice too. 10/10

We bought a house Chesterfield, Holly Wheatley dealt with our purchase, of a house being sold by Redbrik, we were in a chain of 5 properties, it wasn't easy but Holly was absolutely brilliant at every stage. She coordinated and communicated with everyone, driving the process through. Nothing was too much trouble, if it wasn't for Holly I don't think it would have happened. She was professional and patient and very friendly. I would throughly recommend Holly and Redbrik if you are buying or selling a property

I’m afraid not to good constantly pressuring
Doom and gloom it’s all going to fall through
Keep wanting me to change solicitor I think there on some sort of communication
As soon as I made contact with the seller it’s amazing what you find out
Personally I would never uses them
Your reply doesn’t explain the pressure in wanting me to change Solicitors’
That you recommended and a lot more experience than the one I was using
The pressure put an uncomfortable relationship with my solicitors
None of this was necessary
Unfortunately buying a house can take time but it just wasn’t quick enough for you
I would never recommend you to anyone

Terrible Experience with Redbrik Lettings - Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Untrustworthy
No of Properties Managed :3
My experience with Redbrik Lettings at their Ecclesfield branch has been nothing short of frustrating. The communication throughout the entire process was dreadful. It was nearly impossible to get clear, accurate, or proper responses from their staff. The information I received was vague, inconsistent, and often incorrect, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays.
What was even more concerning was the misleading information I was given when initially discussing taking on my properties. I was told certain things that were later proven to be false, and this occurred after I had already signed their terms of business. It felt like they were more focused on getting my properties under management than being transparent, which was both frustrating and disappointing.
To make matters worse, Redbrik encouraged tenants to show up at the landlord’s door directly, without proper notice or communication. This not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but was also a serious violation of privacy. The disregard for basic protocols left me feeling uncomfortable and exposed.
However, the most significant issue was their complete failure to manage rent payments properly. There were countless instances where they failed to transfer or pay the rent on time, which caused significant stress and financial uncertainty. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with excuses and constant delays.
When I attempted to escalate my concerns or inquire about a formal complaints process, I was informed there was no formal process in place, and the Lettings Manager was the only person I could speak to. This lack of accountability made me feel like my concerns were being completely dismissed.
Things took an even stranger turn after I left negative feedback. I was unexpectedly contacted by the Lettings Managing Director, who asked me to list all my concerns in detail. This felt disingenuous, like a last-ditch effort to salvage their reputation rather than a sincere attempt to address my issues. It only further highlighted their lack of genuine interest in customer service until it was far too late.
As if all this weren’t enough, I was subjected to rude and intimidating behavior from the staff when I tried to call them and chase for updates. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if I were at fault for their numerous failures.
In summary, Redbrik Lettings’ Ecclesfield branch is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Their poor communication, misleading information, failure to handle rent payments, and overall lack of customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. I would not trust them with my property or rental needs, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I recently sold my home with Redbrik, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield.
My experience with Redbrik was a positive one.
Jen & Clayton stood out as they offered friendly and professional service throughout.
The process was swift and smooth and I would certainly use Redbrik again in the future.

Very good experience with Redbrik, they sold my house quite quickly and vetted the viewers situation s as much as they could. They were very proactive in looking for properties for me to view, and the viewing team were always helpful, knowledgeable and charming. Having the sales progression team was a big plus, they really kept their eyes on the ball. All the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful, thank you.

There is no Zero star option to select or we would have given that. We are a very unfortunate landlords not with 1, 2 but 3 properties managed by them. If you want to mess up your health and well being get Redbrik onboard as they are totally incompetant to manage your properties. There is no communication with in the same building forget about other Redbrik branches. They were managing our properties for last 3 years but they have seriously/drastically gone down in their service. The worst ever experience we had with them, We are in a process of getting all our properties back from them, only one to go (fingers corssed). However, the experience and frustration we had with them was shocking and very disturbing. They declare themsevles as a premium estate agent, where there is a seriousl lack of professionalism, no phone manners, fail to understand their customers and poor knowledge of assets that they are managing. They have gone down the hill since the very good know people/staff has left the business. We could have written a very specific detailed experience but , we bet that this editor wouldn't take enough charaters. We hope that this is enough for others to understand and deter themselves in falling into their trap. Just to remind you we were brought up to this point, writing this review base of our years of experience with them. One last advise, even after reading this review you want to go with them then please carefully read their terms of business, they are very strict as once you sign them and 14 days passed you are locked in their trap and will cost you fortune to come out of it.
Thanks and Regards,
A very unfortunate and a very happy customer of Redbrik :-(

Been to a few viewings now with Redbrik in Chesterfield area and have always been mislead with the photos and descriptions of properties. Some of which are out right lies. Using distorted camera lenses to make gardens and rooms look bigger, not photographing rough parts of a house and hugely inflating parkable areas!!
Really annoying as it wastes mine, theirs and the vendors time! Rather than being excited when you arrive you have an instant sense of disappointment, not a good way to encourage someone to buy!!
Also keep sending me emails with completely irrelevant properties despite replying numerous times asking them to stop and only send me properties with my specification!
Some nice polite staff though.

Absolutely useless.
When we rented with these we nearly backed out (wish we did now) because getting a response to an email took so long, questions not being acknowledged etc.
Ended up with a dodgy landlord but that’s a different story.
But when leaving the property this has also been a nightmare.
Was asked to drop the keys off at their Sheffield branch on 21st December, drove all the way down there to be told they were not expecting me and they could not take them, even though I showed the email from one of their staff members saying to drop them off on the 21st
Also with our deposit we have had no communication at all and we have chased them up several times now and not getting any response. We moved out over a month ago!

After losing our dad unexpectedly, me and my family found ourselves in a position where we had to sell the family home. We approached RedBrik Sheffield after multiple recommendations, and they were perfect for the job. They were kind, considerate and professional throughout. The team, especially Clayton and Lucie, made the process much easier than it could have been. They also have streamlined services meaning there is less for you as the seller to coordinate yourself. If you want a smooth process with a friendly and reliable team, then go with RedBrik!

Many thanks to Jen and Louise who held my hand throughout. They were always there if I needed them.I can't thank them enough for their support during the sale of my property.
I highly recommend them.
Thank you sooo much.

Sales support was good, we asked for no sales board but ended up with one which caused issues when the tenant left getting lots of agents letters wanting us to use them so they knew the house was empty which is why we didn't want the board. Hannah and Jake were great keeping us updated but felt let down by the lettings side which we have raised.

You couldn’t get through to them on the phone.
I complained that I wasn’t happy about the agent assigned to me to Jaqueline but nothing was done.
Their upfront search package makes no difference to timing in my opinion and just annoys people.
Their post exchange person was very good though, kept on top of it without being intrusive.
Wouldn’t recommend tbh. I ended up swapping properties which I think happened despite them rather than because of them.
High fees too.

My daughter is buying a house off redbrick she had an offer accepted in June its now November and they are still nowhere near completion through redbricks fault . They leave her in tears frequently by not returning her calls or even answering her calls then the answers are they give her are not true … the vendor must be just as frustrated

I had a terrible experience with Redbrik after paying a £595 SecureMove reservation fee. No planning permissions on a property with significant alterations which a survey revealed major structural issues with the property, leading us to attempt a renegotiation. The vendor refused to engage and withdrew from the sale, but Redbrik still refused to refund our fee, despite the terms stating it should be refunded if the seller pulls out.
Redbrik’s communication was inconsistent, with key information given only over the phone and no formal confirmation in writing about the vendor’s withdrawal. It feels like they’re profiting from multiple buyers paying for the same searches.
I’ve escalated my complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Avoid Redbrik if you want fair treatment.
