Went to red lobster for my birthday the salad was wilted , potatoes we cold and tasted like they were warmed over not so warm … my clams and popcorn shrimp was under cooked the other order clams and scallops were undercooked and scallops were strong tasting …when we said something the waitress said we cook our items this way … if you want your order cooked longer you should tell us .. I have went to red lobster for 40 years and the last 5 have not been a ver good experience .. we won’t send food back as we do not trust the process ..

Yesterday, I was served by Ms. Nikki. She was friendly and made my visit to Red Lobster so great! She talked to me and helped me make the best choices. I felt that I was in good hands with Nikki! The service and food was the best! Thank you.

I loved Red Lobster growing up
I loved Red Lobster growing up. But they changed about 10 years ago or so and now are atrocious. It's like they're trying to be hip and cool, with small portions, healthful sides, and newly designed menus. But I paid $15 and got 6 shrimp with some rice and leafy greens. Haven't been back since. It was crowded, rundown, and slow service in the dark.

Fantastic Experience from start to finish
The food was fast perfect and more than filling. Our waitress was fun, precise and energetic and the manager consistently waking the dining room speaking to guests watching over the restaurant. I am more than impressed with the Marquette Mi Red Lobster!!!

I always get the crab unless lobsterfest. 28$ I have been sick for 3 wks so I was starving cravin Alfredo got home opened it smelt great looked great I'm thinkin look at ALL this goodness. Took a bite & was like w. Thinkin it was lots of lobsters it was tomatoes so u fooled thinking lots well please change name to tomatoe linguini that's all I could taste. With Her Attitude And Quick Dismissal, I Don't Really Believe That I'm Going To Receive The Email! Guess What!!! Again... 3rd Time Is A Charm!! It's Been Over An Month And No Email! Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their menus and prices. This is my family and I to go to restaurant for any celebratory occasions. We either go to the Edison, NJ or Union, NJ location. Always great service.

Amarillo Tx, Its the worst store I've ever ate at.
We sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting on water. We sat there another 20 minutes to get waited on. We finally gave up and left.
The time before that I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. It took 50 minutes to get our food and by the time they bought it out it was cold. Its obvious they are not being managed.

Went to Red Lobster in Bloomingdale, IL. for lunch. Hrs. state they open at 11:00 a.m. Door was locked. So we called. Amy said they don't open until 11:30a.m. I said there was no sign saying that and she told us she didn't have time to put up the time. Came back at noon to a totally empty parking lot and restaurant. She was in another room to where we could see her. She never turned around when we came in talking infact no one was there to even great or seat us so we walked out. How Rude! We went down to La Campana not far from them. Had a great Mexican lunch.
