I wanted to express my gratitude for the delivery you made. The flowers were absolutely amazing! I'd like to thank your service for the timely and high-quality delivery. It was an excellent way for me to congratulate my sister who lives thousands of kilometers away. Your service made it possible. I wish your company continued success and development in the future.

Poor Quality from Regiobloemist

The service was good. Easy to order online and delivery was prompt. However the overall quality and presentation of the bouquet was poor, and over priced. Not worth the 75+ euros I spent. I Will not be using this florist again.

Really pleased to have found this site. Easy website to use, great choice of floral arrangements, inexpensive too [less than it would be in England for similar size] and so good to have confirmation of delivery so swiftly.

Great customer service

I've asked to stop the delivery exactly on the chosen day because of a mistake from my side (the recipien was not at home). The customer service contacted the florist and after a couple of messages they postponed the delivery by one week. Very kind and efficient support (Adina).

Perfection !

I wished to send flowers to my sister in Holland. I am in Scotland. After searching online for a suitable company I found Regiobloemist in Holland. Easy to order with the option of adding wine to the gift (of course I did :-). The flowers and the wine arrived beautifully presented and most importantly they advised me that delivery had happened. Great service and great communication. Highly recommended

Unpleasant surprise

After a fiasco of delivery last year (flowers abandoned at the reception of the building without any notice or call) I tried this year once more to send a plant and a box of chocolate to my daughter they sent it in a BOX with DHL (only the plant, no chocolate box ) who abandoned the box in another building, without calling at interphone and shifting for 3 times the time of delivery ! It was supposed to be a birthday surprise but it ended with my daughter searching for the mystery box for 2 days , not receiving it on her birthday and an incomplete delivery gift after a change of e-mails with the customer service.

Flowers are different than what you order

Flowers look nothing like the picture. Paid for a medium size and when you compare the pictures they are completly different in colors, types pf flowers or number of flowers. Unless the flowers in the pictures they promote are 100 euros, I was expecting more for 35 (shipping, card and wrapping paid separately from the 35). This happened in the Hague.

I made a mistake on the date and immediately emailed them to correct it. They were super kind by email and corrected the mistake. I would definitely recommend them.

NOT as shown in picture!

I ordered a bouquet of autumn flowers for my mother's birthday, it was delivered on the same day of order which was good, BUT the bouquet was NOTHING like the picture. Not the same flowers, not the same colours and a very scarce amount. Very disappointing and feel misled, would NOT order again. It was not a cheap bouquet and I would ask for a refund!

Not delivered

I ordered flowers, chocolate and wine for my sister’s birthday in Rotterdam. None of the items arrived on the day of her birthday.
After complaining and asking for my money back, they told me that the delivery couldn’t be made due to an event at the campus. This was a ridiculous reason as my sister did receive deliveries from others that day. They claimed to have called my sister but she didn’t receive any calls or messages from them.

My experience with this company has been very awful and I am disappointed. I would very much like a full refund as I had paid for the items to be delivered on that day but I am still waiting on their reply.

Hello Aviral, thank you for your review! The delivery man of the local florist explained that there was an opening on the campus and it was closed for deliveries. The next working day, the delivery man delivered the flowers successfully, but a refund was wished from your side and therefor we have proceeded the refund. Again, our sincere apologies for the unpleasant situation.

Flowers don't correspond to the pictures on the website

I saw this picture on their website of a beautiful autumn bouquet full of orange and yellow flowers .
What my wife got was everything but yellow or orange.
If a customer pruchases according to the picture shown in the website, he is also supposed to receive exactly what he paid for.
Highly disappointed.

Total BS

The card was missing from the bouquet, they did not deliver the flowers at the desired time twice. Extremely unsatisfactory service.

The extra mile

Ordered birthday flowers for a friend in Holland. The company called me on the day to inform me that the flowers I had requested were not available and we spoke about alternatives. They went the extra mile and I am informed that the resulting delivery was beautiful and the driver very pleasant. I will use Regiobloemist again.

The florists forgot to include a box of…

The florists forgot to include a box of chocolate but when I left a notice they swiftly responded and made sure that the florist brought that too even thought later in the day.
Because of that I recommend their service!
