I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I agree with everyone they are bad, poor customer service and poor quality! They took so long to get my order that I had moved from my home and now they have no clue where my shipment is! Problem is they don't want to give you a refund. I had to dispute this with my credit card. As someone else said, you've been warned!

awful. quality is bad. sizing is off ( i even took a size larger and they are still too small. packaging no better. my boots came completely flattened out, smelling like plastic. Never again. I should have read the previous reviews before.

OMG - after MONTHS of not receiving my order (pr of shoes), they finally arrived! Oh to my NOT surprise, the quality was SO bad I couldn't believe it; and the size was also SO far off. I had NO desire wear or even keep them so I took them to a resale store. Their first comment "are these made of foam?" ya - that about sums it up. Funny how they were described in some review responses as faux leather making them feel light. Hmmm....good marketing person I suppose.
Ended up donating them - and i dont even feel good about THAT!

Well not to beat a dead horse,,,, but I had the same experience. This is deff a scam. Not sure how to get my money back. I should alert Instagram. So more people won’t fall for it. I will be looking into other outlets for reporting this company for frued. It’s a shame people take advantage like this.

I ordered a pair of shoes, 4 weeks later no shoes they finally answered my emails saying my order was running late, offered me 10% discount. Sent me an email stating my shoes had shipped and gave me a tracking number that did not exist. No shoes, no refund of 10%, and bogus tracking number. If you leave a bad review on their web site they delete it. Complete scam. I filed fraud charges .

I ordered shoes on August 22, 2018. Debited my account immediately but have not received my shoes. Reading the previous reviews, I am having the same experience. I think I just learned an expensive lesson! I didn't even click on their Facebook link. I opened a new page and Googled Rikki Shop. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well I wish I would have done what I normally do and read these reviews before I bought shoes.... guessing goodbye to some cash.... UGH Do not order from this store... complete ripoff -

I ordered a pair of shoes and they never arrived. Don't trust this vendor!

I would give it no stars as there customer service and quality of products are horrible. I ordered my shoes and it took them over 2 months to deliver. After 1 month of waiting I requested to be refunded my money and cancel the order and they disregarded my request and stated my shoes would be on their way shortly. At 2 months of still not getting my shoes I once again requested a refund and again was disregarded and offered 5% my next order once I received the shoes.
I received the shoes never got a refund and after wearing the shoes twice at work and I sit for most of my 8hr day the buckle broke. The other pair buckle has a manufacture error.

I would avoid ordering from them. Ooh and they take weeks to respond.

I normally dont shop online but the pictures of rikkishops shoes are so cute. Turns out they are fake. Worst shoes ive ever bought. Rips on each sude. Quailty was cheap. Took 3 months to receive. Do not order youll be sorry

The first time I have shopped via a social media site, and it will be the very last. This company is borderline Fraudulent. I placed an order, waited and waited for delivery. I emailed 4 times and had the same reply, apologising and stating due to demand there were delays in the warehouse! I was offered a 5% discount which I challenged and was then offered 10%. I was informed my purchase would be dispatched ASAP. I waited. I then emailed and requested a refund. I have subsequently emailed a further 2 times demanding my refund which they said would be processed 2 weeks ago. I have no idea how I will get this money back, and I fear the company is a scam.... albeit registered. I have threatened legal action.

I’m bummed. I’m typically pretty careful shopping online but I randomly saw these shoes that were AMAZING and thought, “what the heck? That’s a good price; I’ll treat myself.” $40, 6 weeks, 3 emails to them, and a hard-learned lesson in online research later - I still don’t have those shoes.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a pair of shoes that are taking forever to be delivered. I contacted the company and received the same response everyone else seems to get. I requested a refund so let's see how long that takes.

I ordered a pair of shoes 7/10/2018 and have not received anything. I sent an email July 31 asking about an approximate date on when should I expect my order. I received a response from them Aug 1st saying my order has been shipped out along with some bogus link to a tracking number.
It is now Sept 6th and I still have not received anything!!!!😡😡😡

Never purchase from this shop, takes months to receive your order!!! Goods turn up damaged and such poor quality. Shameful service, would never recommended to anyone!

This is a scam; ordered shoes a month ago and never received them. Company was never able to offer a shipping date or ETA. They offered a 5% discount. I am now seeking a full refund.

I honestly don't even want to give them one star. I never received the shoes I ordered. I keep getting the same response that everyone else seems to get. They say that they are still processing my order and will ship ASAP as soon as they are ready. I dfiled a dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this company.
