Prices high and very delayed in shipping

Unfortunately, not a positive review. I almost feel duped. I paid nearly 3 x the amount for a Funko pop ($69.99) thinking that Rogue online was the only exclusive seller, that was my mistake I admit. A week later I find that I can get the same pop from multiple other stores for $25. I still haven't even received my Pop yet even after sending Rogue an email asking if there was a delay. No response. This pop has been available in store for over 2 months now. Disappointed to say the least.

Hi Douglas, We import these exclusives direct from FUNKO US as such they cost a lot more to land here. The business you are referring to is owned by the Australian distributor and gets such items at far lower costs, they also get a full Monopoly, these items are not provided to the other businesses, on the other hand they don't get access to all US exclusives so it is a gamble, but when you place an order with us it is final as we pay and secure them, this is part of the T&C which you would have agreed to prior to having access. Furthermore no one forced you to place any orders, next time if you want to wait for a lower price then by all means go for it. Also your order was shipped on the 3rd of MAY via Australia Post 33CMQ5046690. System always sends you the tracking information so you cannot say that you didn't receive it.

Great service and helpful support

I had a very positive experience with Rogue Online Australia. Their team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.

What I appreciated most was their communication and willingness to assist. They were supportive, clear in their responses, and made the overall experience much smoother.

It is always reassuring to deal with a company that is approachable, customer-focused, and willing to help when needed. Based on my experience, I found them reliable and professional, and I would happily recommend them.

Great stock selection of Pop Vinyls

Great stock selection of Pop Vinyls, my first order was a rare one my son gave as a gift to a collector friend. This order is for my collection and even though I haven't had them gifted to me as yet (birthday present) I can't wait to add them as one is a limited edition and the other is a US exclusive. Easy order process and speedy collection time. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service

Excellent service, fair pricing, and the item arrived exactly as described. I appreciated the regular email updates that kept me informed about my parcel’s location throughout the entire process. I would happily purchase from them again.

I just keep coming back.

Ive ordered many times from Rogueonline because the service is just so damn good. Pricing is great and they pack orders better than anyone. The OCD they demonstrate in packing is incredible. I hope theyre proud. Definitely wont disappoint.

Lied about preorder status

Lied about preorder status on a TCG product once it released and market price was much higher than my original pre order price. Told me they never received the product and refunded my order, less than a week later they have it in their shop for double price. Do not support these liars

Preorder kept changing dates from…

Preorder kept changing dates from october to February, customer support told me they would be sent early December but it got shipped in February. Whats immature is customer support telling me they will get back to me and never do and also still imposing your cancellation fee after an item was 4 months late than its original pre order date. Perhaps a 1 star was a bit undeserving but its unfair to have to pay a 20% cancellation fee for a pre order that was delayed for months.

Unfortunately ETA dates are provided by the distributors and are subject to change as mentioned within the T&C, there is nothing that we can do about it, leaving a feedback based on that is childish and immature. The Staff cannot speed things up, ETA is an Estimated Time of Delivery and subject to change as stated by the distributors and mentioned within the T&C, if you had complained regarding an order that was in stock and was ignored and not shipped for weeks then I would agree with you, but that is not the case.
