Customer service is atrocious

Customer service is atrocious. Do not use! They are refusing to refund my 8 year old son for a scooter that he cannot ride for more than 2 minutes without the wheel misaligning. They sent me a 19 second video supposedly proving that there is nothing wrong with it. How they expect an 8 year old to stop every 2 minutes, get out an Alan key, tighten a bolt and straighten the wheel is beyond me. £70 for a scooter that doesn’t work. Now they want to send it back to me as there’s nothing wrong with it. AVOID!!
