Great resolution to an issue with current device
Went into store with an issue with contacts not showing on device. Although I am not a customer of Three Tony was great and sorted the issue for me. Absolutely amazing

I am coming from USA.
After 2 frustrating months trying to add an eSIM to my American Apple phone, Martin figured it out.
My brand new Apple i16 Pro Max ONLY accepts an ESIM The old Sim Cards are history. Not even a slot to put them in anymore!
What a different world I now live in!
