Exceptional service
What made my experience exceptional is the service, the friendly manner and patience. I say that as I am not good with IT. Harvey in the Chichester branch is amazing. No matter how many times I have gone into the shop I get the best service. In fact it is the best 3G shop. They are an asset to 3G.

He took the time to resolve all my broadband issues, carefully checking and correcting my settings to make sure everything was connecting properly.
