Wasn't intending to upgrade phone
Wasn't intending to update my phone, given the costs etc.
After a couple of minutes discussing various phone options (bells and whistles) with the Customer Avisor Darren, recognised there was no point in delaying.
There was no pressure no hardsell etc.
Would recommend this store, and this member of staff to look after our phone needs.

Excellent customer service- Kim in Cumbernauld Branch
We had a fantastic experience with Kim in the Cumbernauld branch this afternoon! My partner needed his mobile number to be transferred from another sim and for his phone to be upgraded,and she took excellent care of us. We sat and chatted as if we had been friends for ages as she supported us- which she was able to do with ease. Kim was so friendly and gave us excellent customer service the entire time,and even helped with an additional query I had- personally resolving this for me also. An absolute pleasure and I want to take the time to say that Kim is a credit to your branch and company. Thank you again Kim!
